Booked a private event for my mothers 70th birthday and everything was PERFECT!!! From the moment I spoke with Joe from the private dining management team, I knew we had booked the right place! Joe was exceptionally responsive to all of my questions whether that was by phone or email. He was very helpful and professional in making this the perfect place to host an event! We felt extremely happy with all of the work going into the party and when the day finally came, Joe and his team knocked it out of the park! the food was amazing, the room was elegant and inviting, and the server was EXCEPTIONAL! She took care of nearly 50 people with ease and was attentive to every detail!! I couldn't recommend Five west enough for your next party or event!

As a family with life threatening food allergies, we know each time we eat outside the home it comes with inherent risk. We review menus ahead of time, order approximately and are sure to communicate with our servers just in case. When the kids ordered burgers and fries, I pointed out their nut allergies and our server, Hannah G, paused for a minute to ask specifically which nuts. Because there is a pecan crusted chicken dish that would share the same fryers as the French fries would, she wanted to be clear. Something I didn’t catch in my review of the menu, but her extensive knowledge of the menu and food preparation in the kitchen really impressed me, and quite frankly could save a life, or two in the case of our twins.
Overall the restaurant was great and we all enjoyed our food, but Hannah specifically made our night memorable in all the best ways ❤️

Went because the S'mores waffle that was on their online menu looked super good and we dont have this restaurant back home. Ended up getting the Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle. Absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was classy and laid back. Service was amazing. We didn't feel under dressed or like we were being rushed out the door once we paid the bill. Amazing experience.
