The food was okay. It was a little bland tasting, but it wasn't horrible. I wouldn't, however, eat here again.

We always have a fun time at Five West. The food is very good and the service highly attentive. Being that this was our first time here for brunch, we were excited about the diversity of selections that were offered for both food and drinks. Will definitely choose Five West as a breakfast location in the future in addition to lunch/dinner. Highly recommend.

I had the chicken Tocos and they were amazing l. My husband had the filled mignon, with wild mushrooms linguine and it was also amazing. 5 west does not have it on there dinner menu but you can request the mini donuts those are a 5 star dessert.

Perfectly average place. It’s good, not great. Menu has a decent selection. The patio would be nice if it wasn’t on a highway. If I were in a larger city with more options I probably wouldn’t eat here, but as far as Rochester goes, this is one of the better spots in town.

Met family here for lunch and we all loved it! The lunch special (creamy garlic chicken) was delicious, filling and pretty healthy! Family enjoyed their salmon rice bowl (done to perfection) and Korean bowl. Fine dining in a great atmosphere and our server, Kimberly, was wonderfully attentive!
Average returant trying to be fancy but lacks any flare/character. Food tastes average like any Sysco supplied restaurant. Edible but you can get better flavors for less elsewhere. Was happy to celebrate a dinner with my colleagues though. Good noise levels. Able to have a good conversation

It's clear she leads by example, as she always steps in to help her staff, ensuring the best experience for everyone. What sets her apart is her dedication to making every visit special. I have a favorite off-menu drink—the Crush—which is only listed in their extensive book of cocktails. Every single time I visit, whether I'm with my family or my girlfriends, Shawna kindly intervenes to personally help her staff prepare that special drink for us.
