HERE & THERE

Fun atmosphere, plenty of options for seating. Service is friendly but very slow. The food was good. We ordered a pile of fries for an appetizer. Very large, sharable portion. 2 kinds of aoli and ketchup. The aolis were delicious! The tacos and brussel sprouts were also excellent. We will be back, and next time, I would like to try one of the house juices.Parking: Small parking lot or street parking

This was our first time here. Our server Emma was delightful. We ordered beer, a reuben, chicken soup, a lara salad and a carrot cake cupcake. All was very tasty, and the decor was fun. The only reason I gave 4 Stars was because when I asked for extra dressing I was not informed a tablespoon of salad dressing was $1.50. This put a sour ending on a fun dinner.

This is a super cool space with multiple vibes and styles. The coffee was great as was the food. We ordered a few eggs bene options, avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches. Everything was tasty and filing. The bloody Mary’s could have had an olive but they were still good. Service was good, we had a large group with lots of food and drink options. I think it would be cool to go back for evening fun and try some of their beer options.

I love this place! The food is amazing and we love the live music especially when Clay Fulton plays, they have a beautiful patio area in the summer. They have an amazing selection of beer, I'm not much of a beer drinker but I always try something new when I'm there and they are always good, their sour beers are always top notch, they definitely stay super busy so can get a little bogged down sometimes but definitely always awesome people working and a great environment. Definitely try the soup, whatever it is the soup is always amazing! I love the Fuego burger it's always my go to order but it's not for the light hearted, it is spicy so get the jelly on the side! I love that they use local ingredients so it's amazing for farm fresh food direct from local suppliers! Me and my husband got engaged here and spent many hours in front of the fireplace over the years, (back in the early days when they had couches lol good memories!❤️) it's an amazing place! I always tell people if you see something on the menu that you are like "oh I don't like that when I've had it before at other places or how my mom used to make",,,, then order it because it will give you a whole new perspective on it, literally everything on the menu is amazing, never had any food here that wasn't like "omg this is awesome!" Great atmosphere and food, one of my favorite places!

It was a great place to stop for dinner and a beer on our way through Rochester to the Twin Cities. They have an extensive beer list as well as food menu. It is nice that that serve food relatively late, as we didn't get in until after 9pm. The pizzas are definitely the hit. Depending on your appetite, a single pizza serves 1-2 people. I liked the flavor of the forager noodles, but the portions are HUGE. Be ready for leftovers. I enjoyed the atmosphere, specifically the artwork. I'm not sure if it's every week, but this week they had live music every evening 7-10pm on Tuesday through Sunday. I highly recommend stopping in, especially those of you who love barrel-aged beers.

What a fun, vibrant and eclectic brewery, restaurant and music venue. Forager is great place whether you are a local or visiting Mayo Clinic. We both keep talking about the Lara Bowl!! Yum. Great community vibe.

This was our second time visiting. Food had been great both times. We had a group of 11 today, and the service was fantastic. Our food was right, the bills were right, and the service was super friendly! I definitely recommend!

Atmosphere is great, food wasn’t good. I got beef stroganoff, the one positive I can say is the beef was nice and tender, but it almost had a slight soapy taste to it, and it seemed to me they forgot to season it at all, it tasted very bland. My wife got the crunch wrap and it tasted like they dropped in an extra too many spoons of seasoning, it was very strong. Fries were soggy, they also nickel and dime you here for sides of ranch and sauces. Expect a 4% credit card fee to be passed on to you, and one of the recommended tips was 40%!!!! Did they shine my boots and give me a hair cut while I ate? $76 for a sub par dinner, no drinks, not impressed, parking is horrible, had to drive backwards to get out because cars wouldn’t let me get around the corner. If you wanna drink I’m sure it’s good, if you just want dinner I would skip.

Huge variety of drink options, including non-alcoholic. I had a mozzarella dish that was fine. Our server was nice. The real draw of this place is the interior - so eclectic and cool! Lots of little nooks to sit in. They also had live music.

Forager Brewery & Cafe is a great local place if you are looking for unique fare, local brews, and a quirky yet comfortable atmosphere. If you are a less adventurous eater, this may not be the place for you. There is no such thing as a plain burger or salad - and if that sounds great to you, then you will love this place. The locally brewed sour beer is my favorite. I also love the Humble products produced by the owner. The decor and atmosphere is unique and comfortable, service is good, prices a bit on the higher side, but to be expected from a local place.Overall, a good visit but my hubby is not a big fan.

One of my favorite places in Rochester to get some good vegan pad thai!! I've gotten the noodles here countless times and they turn out amazing every time! They have a few more vegan options, but the pad thai is my favorite! The decor is very hip and love the plants around the walls. Very cozy vibes and they also have live music weekly or biweekly, there's also a trivia night! Our server was nice and friendly, answered our questions when we had some. We stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon and it was pretty empty. A great spot to visit when in Rochester!

It wasn't terrible but the pizza was sitting in a pool of grease. The crust was good but the middle was a soupy mess. 100% of the cheese and toppings fell off when trying to pick it up even when being careful. They charge $1 for Parmesan cheese which is ridiculous. First time I've ever seen that at a pizza place. They also add a credit card charge which I've also never seen at a restaurant. If they're going to do that they need to at least let you know as that neither charge is normal at a restaurant and then you can at least make your own decision if you have cash or want to take a stand against $1 Parmesan that couldn't have cost more than 5 cents.

I came here a few years ago and thought it was ok.I remember I got the pizza and I didn’t enjoy it. This time I got the Lara Bowl. I absolutely loved it! Their decor is so quirky and old school. We came in on a Wednesday afternoon and it was almost empty. Our server was friendly and our food came in a timely manner. They do have vegan/vegetarian options. Prices were fair.
