Comfy and colorful restaurant! I had a cappuccino to start with which was delicious! Then I had a oxtail and curry chicken combo with coconut rice and peas, and plantains, and yummy coleslaw. The con, the menu didn't have prices. I felt like it was super pricey! Service was good. We were not aware of getting charge gratitude tip for a large group at pay so I tip her when I paid. Didn't realize till I received my receipt... Just for future reference that should be stated to costumers when they pay.

We drive over 2 hours for Francisco‘s food. Amazing staff and Customer service! We get the oxtail with coconut rice and either the jerk, chicken tacos or the fish tacos. We always get the meat cheese and plantain empanadas and more to go and the owner makes them fresh for us everytime!! Would highly recommend! 10/10

As a Jamaican I love Francisco's because on days when I dont feel like cooking; they are my go to option. They owners Don and Lisette are nice people. Jody who is the Cashier/ Server etc is very patient and she gives you an honest opinion about the options; just in case you are not sure. Rochester is blessed to have them.

They were so nice. All the food and drinks we got were based on their recommendations and we enjoyed every bite. We will definitely be back.

Been coming here for over 5 years when I’m in town. Always delicious and very friendly. Make your way through the full menu.

Pretty expensive meal for chicken that is completely raw. Waste of time ordering food and dealing with it being raw after bringing it home. I’ve ordered this place a few times, and this isn’t the first screw up. Gave it another chance, but didn’t expect this poor of food quality AND safety! I’m particularly dissapointed becuase I ordered this to share with a young child and I ate a piece before realizing it was raw. I also see a review 5 days ago from my post stating they had raw chicken too. Hmmmm.

First and last time eating at this place. Ordered 4 meals and 3 out of the 4 meals the out side of the chicken was cooked but inside chicken was raw. Rice was okay. Please check your food before serving it out. Very disappointed!!

I am writing to say a huge thank you to Francisco’s. Y’all never miss with your great tasting gastronomy and cuisine. Lisette, you are so sweet and down to earth. Thank you so much for consistently being pleasant and accommodating. I believe that when a business like Francisco’s makes you feel welcome and cared for, the food tastes even better;) If you are looking to spice up your future meal and at the same time leave filled and happy, please make a stop at Francisco’s. Blessings and Irie✨

Came to Rochester for work and yes with the Mayo Clinic. Came upon this gem as a foodie. Had D BEST 🇨🇺 CUBAN COFFEE west of the Mississippi River.. I asked Lisette manager and owner for a special order of pastelitos Cuban pastries for the office to have a taste of South Florida. You can be certain that when I return some vaca frita with rice and black beans and camarones enchilado will be taken to the office.. Lisette gracias to you and your dad 🙏🏻 for bringing the taste of home to Rochester.. People tou can't miss eating here right in front of St. Mary's Hospital..

The atmosphere is poor and the food is quite bad, not worth your money. We had a steak sandwich, a media noche sandwich and a chicken empanada.
OH MY GOSH! When visiting Rochester do NOT missing out on coming here! First off, the chef, she is something special... She'll make you a dinner that'll make you want to give her a hug! She's the best and she's so so sweet, she just wants to make you happy through her food! Definitely don't skip the brown chicken stew special or the oxtail, the jerk chicken is also delish! Can't say enough good things! The coconut rice and the slaw, craveable! I can't wait to come back!

Jerk chicken and rasta pasta were absolutely delicious. Prices seemed a bit high at first, and then we realized that the portions were absolutely gigantic. By far one of the best restaurants in Rochester. Currently only street parking is available from what I know.
