Fuzzys Italian ice has the best Italian ice in Rochester. Their customer service was fast, nice, and reliable. Would 10/10 recommend and go again.

Fuzzys Italian Ice in Rochester was the perfect afternoon snack. I got the combo of Italian ice (lemon and blackberry) and custard (vanilla) and it was excellent! Everyone should go check it out!!

We were in line when a woman getting her young son some ice cream was having a difficult time accessing her card through Apple Pay. Out of kindness, the worker behind the counter gave them the ice cream on the house, letting her know she had kids too. The small act of kindness and generosity speaks volumes of the character of this place. Highly recommend!

What a great place to have custard snd italian ice. Being an east coaster I miss Ritas water ice but not any more. This custard and italian ice is so much better and the service was amazing.

Delicious ice cream, excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Bubble waffle cones are a nice change from the usual and really unique flavors.
Have you ever walked into a restaurant having one of those days we all have hoping to just not have the person behind the counter add to it. Thinking even someone Monotone with no personality or people skills would be a win. That’s how I entered Fuzzys in hopes a sweet treat would perk me up a bit. Little did I know the gentleman behind the counter was as amazing as the custard. Truly a warm hearted amazing experience. And the treats were on par with the service! I can’t rank these guys high enough! AMAZING in every way and the kind of place and people I would go out of my way to visit when craving a cold treat. 100% two spoons up recommended!!! Sam is awesome! Thank you same!

Wow. This place has some wonderful treats. We got a Cherry Italian Ice that had a lot of flavor and I nice texture. Also got two custard waffle cones (Butter Pecan and Caramel) that absolutely impressed us, way better than Culvers and at least on par with or better than Flappies. Its really good. Highly recommend checking it out.
