Great food, good price, 24hrs ... Can't beat it, food is amazing... Thank you Gilbertos
Came to gilbertos and I cannot EMPHASIZE ENOUGH how horrendous that food tasted. I ordered the cheese taco and my dad ordered the enchilada and my mom and sister ordered something but I forgot what it was. It WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! First of all, how did they make 6 boxes in 1 minute and 30 seconds????? Well my dad's enchilada was so soupy and my cheese taco was so chewy

Everything we've tried from here has been great!... we especially love the loaded nachos and the rolled tacos are amazing! and this last Friday I tried the Pazole and it was awesome I'll be back next Friday for more!
Have eaten there three times now. Every time I try something new. The meat is always very grisly crunchy fat in it in every bite. No flavor. I had a beef taco that was ok but the fajita burrito, the supreme burrito, and breakfast burrito were very off tasting, with crunchy fat and no flavor. Their food is not up to par with any other Mexican restaurant in Rochester. Mabey another man's treasure..

The inside is rather clean & the Portions are great for the price. The burrito could really be split between 2 maybe 3 people.
My only recommendation is that I wish they’d put some salt & pepper at the very least on their meat. I felt sick halfway through the burrito and couldn’t do it anymore because it really was just tasteless texture after a while.
Drowning it in hot sauce did not help as much as I thought it would. Anyone who cooks (should) know to season your meat. The food felt like wrapped up mush in your mouth. It’s truly strange that they can afford all this meat but can’t afford some sazón or some salt & pepper.
I am surprised and disappointed that a Hispanic food spot would be lacking in flavor, especially on their meats.
This place is just barely average. Dreadfully shameful.

The service was great and the place was clean however the food was served in take out dishes and was all jumbled together. I ordered an enchilada and a burrito and the enchilada was buried and barely distinguishable. If the taste was great then maybe not a big deal but it was very bland which is not what I would expect from this style of quisine.
