2nd time there. I wasn't overly impressed 1ST time but thought I'll try again. Food came out Luke warm to cool. Cheese on omelets had hardened already. Order was wrong. Had to flag server down (only 5 tables with customers and 3 servers so she wasn't busy). She never fixed out order even though she said she would. Three hours before closing but someone decided to vacuum the entire restaurant while we ate. Couldn't hear ourselves. To top off the cool food, it was quite tasteless. Pancakes had good flavor; however, they were tough and cold. Butter wouldn't even melt on them. No hurry to ever go back.

How is get this place a great review just because every time we go, it’s splendid.
We traveled from the twin cities just to come here and experience the legendary pannekoeken (and the associated jingle), and they did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, the service was great, and the overall experience was top notch. I consider myself a pancake enthusiast, this is a must try if you fancy yourself a pancake fan.

Officially my favorite restaurant in Rochester. We've been for breakfast a few times, and I finally decided to try out dinner after eyeing the menu every time we're in. I had the Rotterdam for dinner and it tasted like pure comfort.I recommend any dish with the local mettwurst. The muffins are also a hit.
