Went on a Saturday evening, the food bar was a dirty mess. Dirty broom and containers right in the line where you stand to get your food. The handles on all the items were dirty. Floor was sticky and had food everywhere. Bathroom had overflowing trash cans. For the price of this place you’d think it would be cleaner. I would hate to be allergic to something, when you get your food off the line there is stuff in there you didn’t add, noodles, veggies I didn’t add. Omg it’s so filthy. Only reason we went was for my son’s birthday and he asked to go. It will be the last. Our waiter was good though. Very attentive with drinks and taking plates away.

Huhot is a build your own cuisine experience. You can select across a variety of proteins, noodles, veggies, and sauces to create your own masterpiece. The chefs working the hotplate will work with you to ensure your meal is great. The soups, apps, and desserts are good as well. Though be mindful to pack those to go. The bowls are all you can eat and are only limited by your creativity. Last if you don't like your food at Huhot, remember you made it! Do it again differently next time.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options to make a masterful veggie stirfry.Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies let the staff know and they can make it safely in the kitchen or place isolators on the hotplate.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This restaurant offers an impressive selection of proteins, vegetables, and sauces. It is fun to try different combinations of ingredients. I also recommend checking out the dessert options. Excellent service.

Stopped by with my friends and we had no idea how it worked. It was semi okay, wasn't too sure if we could get another plate considering it was 17.99 for the meal. It was loud considering where they cook the food is outside where we eat and the server was kind. They had plenty of veggies and tofu as an option. Basically like a buffet style but you choose all your veggies, proteins and sauces. So it's super customizable which I liked. They cook the food in front of you and share the grill with other guests. It was interesting and nice to try out for the first time but it wasn't to my liking.

Visited another location out of state and loved it. Found out we had a location here in Minnesota. Got really excited because of it. Took a 70 mile drive to go eat here but was disappointed. Food wasn't as good. They didn't clean grill very often unless someone had an allergy or unless they where getting a build up of previous food being burnt. The other location I seen cleaned every single time. Can't say I will make the drive back here.Parking: Mall parking lot exterior entrance and mall entrance.

LOVE! Talk about personalizing your dishes! You can literally put anything you want on your plate and not add anything you don't want. Endless options for delicious food, its like a buffet. Super fresh and as healthy as you want it to be, and the cook-it-in-front-of-you style is so fun. My new favorite place!!!
