We regularly order take out from Ichi (about once every other week, sometimes more), it’s our go-to. However, after almost every single order consistently missing something, I feel like I need to say something. Almost always one of the following is missing; purchased side orders, purchased sauces, sometimes they only give us one soy sauce for 6 rolls…even wasabi and ginger are missing at times. We spend about $100 every time we order, so it’s just disappointing when not even the basics make it into our order. I just wanted to leave a review in hopes the feedback helps.

Accidentally ordered sashimi and not nagiri. Unfortunately, due to the financial penalties I was forced upon, I housed 15 pieces of raw fish unintentionally. Aside from this hiccup, everything was great!

Ana was our server. Went in at 7:45 on a Friday night. It was very busy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I brought my 12 year old niece with me and she was so sweet to her!! Ana made us feel so welcomed. I’m sad to hear she is only there once a week. We were very fortunate to have her company for our dinner service. She was a delight! The food was fresh and tasty too! In fact, my niece ordered seconds!
We are always pleased with the food and service.
