Came here excited to try it finally on a weekend afternoon. Sat here for 35 minutes with two thirsty and hungry kids. Never even brought us ice water. Took our drink order 25 minutes into sitting there and after another 10 minutes we left. Went to Smoak instead and loved it. Not worth the visit if you're in town for a day like we were, when we have better options for sushi in our much smaller town.

Always my go-to sushi place. Best in town! My husband and I will go occasionally and never have we ever been disappointed. Staff is nice and attentive and of course the food is always great. I'm so happy they re-opened the dining room!

Highly recommend Ichi Tokyo NORTH, not the South location. North- best food, best service. The server was so sweet and kind. Definitely will be back! The South location - service was horrible, unorganized and the food was cold and sitting for a while.
I came on a Thursday night and while it wasn't super busy, all the tables were dirty with food crumbs or hadn't been bussed. The shrimp tempura and vegetables were kind of mushy and lacked flavor. The tempura dipping sauce didn't taste like much either. I did like the service though.

The waitress was excellent. She did a very good job of keeping 5 different all you eat orders straight. The food while tasty was a little haphazard in its readiness but it all worked out.

Ordered takeout on the website. Have been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes and they keep saying they are going to go check the back if its being made. Ive seen 10+ takeout customers leave with food. Why is my food not even being made? When you call the phone to ask for a refund after waiting for 80 minutes they dont even pick up

After reviewing lunch options, we decided to try the all you can eat lunch for $20.The all you can eat included many choices of appetizers, rolls, and even ice cream made to order.The crab rangoon were the freshest I've ever eaten. Spring rolls were tasty. Gyoza tasted amazing.For rolls we started with shrimp tempura, winter roll, then the dynamite roll.I suggest going with friends so you can try more items!The only thing we didn't care for was the chicken teriyaki. The chicken was tough.Bring a good appetite and some friends as well! Dinner time and weekend all you can eat is $31 per person.
