Awesome crew of employees that opened the store when I was there. They were able to carry on a conversation and didn't act like you were a burden for asking them to make you a sandwich. Will be back again.

This review is for the store by costco. Worst customer service EVER! Dude behind the counter was so lost. I hope it was his first day in which i blame whoever trained him and thought he was ready.

Great location and subs are always good, but mobile order is ALWAYS double the time it tells you once you order. Makes zero sense to mobile order when it’s not ready by the time it tells you it will be, especially when there is absolutely nobody in the building

I had ordered the Club Sub, but had it put into a bowl because of Celiac Disease. I did not realize that by not getting bread, there was an UP CHARGE!! The price on the menu is $9 and some change. I got charged over $11. I got nothing additional, just lettuce, turkey, ham, cheese & bacon that comes on it. First & last time I will be going there.

This is for the other location near Aldi and savers. There is a women who works here who is so rude. It's clear she hates her job. I'm gluten free not by choice it's an allergy and she just made me wait over 30 minutes to make my sandwich because it is inconvenient that I have an allergy. It's really frustrating to be treated differently.

I've eaten at many JMs, and can't say anything bad about any of them; they're always clean, and the food is great and served quickly. If you've been craving a true "back east" hoagie, order the Original Italian Mike's Way. It's the best!

Sandwich was Luke warm by the time I got home, and soda machine wasn't working that great, the soda tasted like it wasn't properly mixed, they seemed kinda busy so maybe that was the issue, normally this place is pretty good
