Previous recent reviews had me nervous but sandwich was made correct with good amount of meat.

I've eaten at many JMs, and can't say anything bad about any of them; they're always clean, and the food is great and served quickly. If you've been craving a true "back east" hoagie, order the Original Italian Mike's Way. It's the best!

Sandwich was Luke warm by the time I got home, and soda machine wasn't working that great, the soda tasted like it wasn't properly mixed, they seemed kinda busy so maybe that was the issue, normally this place is pretty good

I love Jersey Mikes and go out of my way for their sandwiches. First time in this location and was definitely the most bizarre experience in one of the locations. One of the young ladies on the line was clearly overwhelmed and likely lacking training. Management needs to be more active in the operations.

Staff always has a friendly greeting. The food is prepared pretty fast and is always fresh. I recommend the Chipotle steak sub.

What an amazing and friendly team. 1st time at Jersey Mike's, needed a quick supper and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

They want you to order ahead on the app, but what's the point? My order was supposed to be ready at a certain time, yet it wasn't. Instead I waited 15 minutes. Meanwhile, people that walked in behind me and ordered got their food first. I also have a suspicion that if you don't tip ahead, your order is ignored. Who else thinks it inappropriate to ask someone to tip prior to receiving service?
I've never had a problem at other JM stores, but this one is rotten.

I had ordered for delivery from their app and after it was picked up the Door dash driver cancelled the order and absconded. DoorDash customer support gave me the run around (twice) so I decided to just go pick it up myself. The Jersey Mike's staff was so amazing, they gave me the food, a full refund, and apologies (even though it wasn't at all their fault). Before this I had only raved about their food because it is always spectacular but now their staff, management, and customer service get a glowing 5 star review from me. 15/10 experience with this store. 0/10 for DoorDash ?

The Rochestor, Jersey Mike’s was awesome. They accommodated all of my requests with no argument or hesitation.I highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s. These people were exceptional. Nice job.
