We didn't even eat in, just stopped in to pick up an online order, and the atmosphere still showed that it would be a fine place to stop and eat. The workers were friendly and helpful, the order was done just right, I love that the meats and cheeses are sliced fresh for every sandwich right there. I have never had a bad sandwich here, and they don't even charge more for the alternate bread that is not a typical white sub roll. My only concern is that you have to pay extra for gluten-free bread. It's kind of a lot extra on an already costly sandwich, and it kind of stinks because there are not a lot of places that even have gluten-free bread that is decent. There just aren't a lot of choices. So at least they have the option for gluten-free! It's just unfortunate that it costs almost $2 more.Dietary restrictions: You can specify which toppings you would like left off or added. There is a gluten-free option available for bread, that does not taste like paper. There is an additional charge for it. But at least the option is there.

Very tasty Philly cheese with relatively high prices. My famous Philly was loaded with meat and cheese, onions and tiny bits of green pepper.A regular famous Philly and a soda was $16 and change.
Ordered from Mike's last night, went there for take out. Get home and for like the 7th time out of last 10 orders it was wrong. Drove back and they acted like it was just no big deal. They did remake the sandwich, but should it really be necessary to check each sandwich before leaving the store? Just really disappointed.

I go to Jersey Mikes at once a week. I like to go early to beat the crowd. I order the same thing all the time. Today a young girl had the job of putting the “mikes way” garnishes on my sandwich. It was so over loaded with oil and vinegar that when I got home both sides of the bread were mushy, I couldn’t even eat it without the entire sandwich falling apart. I tired to call and give them heads up so this wouldn’t happen to anyone else but their voicemail was not setup.?This girl never greeted me, never smiled, never said thank you. For a $10 sandwich that I couldn’t eat -not happy!!
