On our way back home to Iowa my boyfriend and I stopped into THIS Jersey Mikes and let me tell you! The Employee Mikayla was absolutely a ray of sunshine! She was very respectful and efficient while making our Subs & taking our orders, if we ever come to Rochester again this is going to be the first place we stop! Thank you Mikayla.

Girl who took our order was snappy and unkind. Felt like i was an inconvenience to their day. I got a club and they only gave me one very small piece of bacon. When I asked for extra they only put one more strip on. Very stingy with their bacon apparently. And the guy SOAKED my sandwich with the vinegar and oil. Hastings, MN jersey mikes is way better.

Staff asked if everything on the chicken bacon ranch was okay, sub was stacked, bacon was freshly cooked and meat was freshly sliced to order. I felt like I went to my friends and we made some great food.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this jersey mikes. The staff was incredibly rude. My food was made incorrect, and they didn’t let me make adjustments to my sub, even though I was never asked what I wanted on it. When asking for a refund, they tried arguing with me. I was very pleasant and was treated with nothing but disrespect. Will not be going to this jersey mikes again.

It was okay. I didnt get all the toppings I ordered nor the bread I wanted. I will also mention that after I ate the sandwich, my stomach started to hurt. The employee there was friendly though

sandwich was bland, even with all of the recommended toppings. tried to use a coupon in the app, but it said not valid at this location. the employee was nice and let us use it anyway. appreciate the help, but the food was definitely not worth $10 per sandwich when you get bland ingredients and not a very large sub.
