Stopped by Jimmy John’s today because my kids wanted it. When we pulled up, one of the workers was smoking right in front of the entrance and blowing smoke toward the parking area. We went inside and immediately saw that same person go straight behind the counter without washing their hands or taking any hygiene steps. That was enough for us — we turned around and left. Really disappointing experience, and we won’t be coming back.

Such a disappointment. I stopped at Jimmy John’s (14th Street and Broadway, Rochester MN) for a Vito sandwich to bring back to my hotel, but it was terrible. The inside was slimy, and the bread was so hard it felt like it was a week old — you could practically bang it on the counter. I couldn’t even eat the filling, and after just two bites, the sandwich went straight into the trash. I really wanted a fresh, soft sandwich I could enjoy, but this was far from it. I cannot recommend this location.

I give them one star because of their ridiculous prices. Over $30 for a sub sandwich? What a joke. The food is ok, but not nearly worth what they charge. Some of the delivery people are straight up punks. Can get 3 large pizzas for the cost of one sub. Subway is where it's at.

this place went downhill, it used to be fast and good food, but i went to get a sandwich and it took 15 minutes for my sandwich and i got food poisoning from it. don’t go here anymore.

So much for “Freaky Fast Delivery” when It always takes nearly TWO hours for your food to arrive, Super frustrating and ridiculous. I won’t be ordering from this location again. I had ordered It at 1:30 and It’s nearly 4pm and I still haven't received it. I called and spoke to the manager twice and he was super unhelpful and had poor customer service.

Went to get a sandwich the lights were on and it was a few minutes before 10pm the guy with blue and red hair came to the door and told me they are closed. Then locked the door and walked to the back to turn off the lights. Apparently, the hours of operations do not apply to the staff at this location. Be careful of times of operation that are posted as there staff does not honor them.
Freaky fast,freaky good.Always a great and fast lunch.

We waited about 10 minuets to get are food when we got it the lady asked if the chips were in there because she is fazing out today. Had to go back twice because they forgot so many things and my sandwich had a bunch of black hairs in it. Never coming back
