I forgot my wallet so I ended up using Apple Pay. The register was not working properly and I patiently waited for around 10mins. I finally said “I’ll just make something at home, now worries” and the manager (not sure his name) wore glasses and told me it was on them. They have great service and with their own technical difficulties the offered top service and not wasting my time to get food! Awesome staff

I ordered a Cubano sub and they mistakenly gave me a BLT, How ever when i called them they brought me my order correct and the service was outstanding. Great Employees with great customer service, Thanks Travis! you rock man!

I've been to the Mayo clinic across the street and have never wanted to go in this jimmy johns because it looked yucky from outside. Well indeed it was the worst tasteless italian sub I have ever gotten. I asked for vinegar on the side. They gave me a bunch of oil. The drink was not carbonated and flat. Just syrup. The floor was sticky. It was crowded for what? A bunch of over priced crappy food. I will never go to a Jimmy Jon's ever after this. This was the first and the last. Totally gross atmosphere. And horrid sandwich making skills. They never asked me what I wanted on the sandwich either which as a first timer might have been helpful. Yuck!! Wasted what $5.00 extra dollars for a drink that's undeniable and a tasteless sandwich for $16.00

I’ve traveled to over 15 countries, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I ordered catering for a work event, but coordinating with the staff was a complete ordeal, especially via phone. Some couldn’t seem to follow basic instructions, and they made multiple errors with our order. They also got the phone number wrong even after repeating it to them multiple times, meaning we couldn’t collect rewards on our $500 spend, and they refused to fix it. To ensure the order was correct after I placed it via a phone call, I had to go in person to verify it, only to find out on the day that they still got it wrong. I even asked someone else to call in on the day of the event to ensure everything is going smoothly and he was met with a rude response.

I order from this place online a lot and numerous times my sandwich has been missing an ingredient I asked for or it's made with the wrong type of bread I ordered. Very disappointed.

This place is a little too chaotic for me. They process a lot of people, but they’re still way too many that go there than what they can handle. I recommendation would just be to avoid the lunch rush or order online. If you’re there in person between 1130 and 1330, you are going to wait a long time.

"I had a distressing and racist experience at JJ. While waiting to pick up my order, I overheard a male employee engaging in a conversation with a coworker. To my shock, he told Margarita to go back to Mexico in front of two customers. Witnessing such behavior in the presence of other customers left me deeply disappointed. I discreetly inquired with a young employee to confirm if he was the manager, but she indicated that he was not; the actual manager was the other male employee preparing sandwiches. Although I did not voice my concerns at the time, it is evident that the employee in question requires further training and awareness."

Extremely expensive, $28 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips no drink, staff was unfriendly even telling us as we walked in the door that he didn’t want to be there. After a 15 minute wait( we were the only ones in there) we got our sandwiches and had to go behind the counter to get bags so we could leave. While waiting some drunk came in and went into the back room. Not what we were expecting

I ordered through the app. My Sandwich was terrible. I got a club lulu that is suppose to have turkey and bacon and ended up with no bacon plus my lettuce and mayo were so watery that every bit I took it looked like I was drinking my food. I deleted the app and will never again be going again.
