Paid about 19$ for a wrap combo. My wrap had meat only in the middle and each end just contained veggies, sauce and tortilla. Prices suck if meat portions are minute. I feel so hipped. JIVED even! I’ve been Jimmy John’d! And not in a good way!

Don't order here, they regularly use Uber (no way to refund, all ai). Got a simple one sandwich order and it never arrived. Called about a refund and they directed me to the Uber site, which you cannot talk to anyone. Refunds aren't even an option on the Uber site. Nothing offered from Jimmy John's, just a hey, we are not responsible, be on your way!

Some of the workers should have just called off work. They didn't even make eye contact or greet us. The guys making the sandwiches are decent but the cashier person seemed really depressed or something. Premade takeout orders are taking up a lot of the space so don't expect to eat in. I hope they improve cause most Jimmy Johns are good.

Sandwich was good first time here never been here so I don’t really know how to order 😅 as soon as I walked in cashier looked like she was over life impatiently tapping her foot and sighing as I looked over the menu. As a previous customer and food service I didn’t want to keep her waiting cuz I sympathized with her. Regretted it lol. so I went up asked for a classic combo and she only answered very curt short answers and was rude but whatever. “which one ?🙄” “uummmm idk?… Italian club?” “Sooooo a number nine? 🙄” a this point yes whatever I’m hungry.. thankfully I already had a drink. Geesh otherwise it was fine 🙃 she didn’t offer any kind of help or be like these are the options and was not friendly.

1st time here. Told the cashier 1st time. Ordered & went to other side, watching the gal make the lettuce wrap & sandwich I ordered. The entire time she was making my order, she was shaking her head no. ??? She set the sandwiches on the end of counter & walked away. I bagged my own sandwiches, grabbing napkins, etc. Walked over to my husband who was in the hospital. My lettuce wrap was ok, but my husband's sandwich was so small & nothing on it. It looked as small as a hotdog! The worst $$ I ever spent at a fast food place. Never again! Rude staff. Too many other choices out there. Can't believe they have any business!

From the few times I have ordered here, my order has been screwed up multiple times. There have been several times where I have ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with extra lettuce, and instead I receive a sandwich with little chicken and no lettuce. I recommend going to Jersey Mike's instead for better quality sandwiches.

I ordered subs for familly while at civic center and walked over to pick up during intermission. When i opened my #7 with no cheese, I unwrapped an oversauced snd soggy mess, I took a bite and quickly realized there was no meat in sub. I called business and asked to get a replacement brought to civic center. The employee said all drivers were out and wouldn't be back anytime soon. I asked to get refunded and he said he couldn't refund multiple subs but he could refund the one. Gee thanks sub went in garbage.
Freaky SLOW. Skip this place. You could slice your own meat, harvest your own flour and water the lettuce for a whole year before you can get 6 workers to make sandwich on time. 6 people working, 4 people waiting for sandwiches and I ordered my food 30 minutes before showing up. Spent my whole break waiting for my food. I can't imagine how much time Mayo nurses and doctors waste here. Get off Tik Tok and wear some gloves.

I forgot my wallet so I ended up using Apple Pay. The register was not working properly and I patiently waited for around 10mins. I finally said “I’ll just make something at home, now worries” and the manager (not sure his name) wore glasses and told me it was on them. They have great service and with their own technical difficulties the offered top service and not wasting my time to get food! Awesome staff

I ordered a Cubano sub and they mistakenly gave me a BLT, How ever when i called them they brought me my order correct and the service was outstanding. Great Employees with great customer service, Thanks Travis! you rock man!
