We are here at Mayo Clinic -we wanted our son to have a good meal-instead our $60.00 meal was charged $96.00-for dry chicken, dry baked potatoes without the cheese we paid for, no butter or sour cream, dry beef chunks called BBQ beef, bland green beans and okra -about a tablespoon each, cold soggy “garlic” bread that was bland-& there was NO UTENSILS OR NAPKINS. We are in a hotel ! We would never order food from them again or use GRUBHUB.

Great spot if you are in Rochester. Rib and brisket combo was really good. Sides were solid - beans and slaw. I should have gotten the namenof our server - she was fantastic.

We tried the cheese curd sampler; delicious! We weren’t sure what one was what flavor but it was all good! We split the open face pork sandwich with the beans on the side, coleslaw and fries. It was enough for 2. We had the Pit Master Salad it was a generous amount of delicious goodness! Great service, good music and friendly staff! We will visit again when we are driving through.

Small and quiet, the food was excellent and you got what you paid for. The employees were very friendly. They brought different sauces for you to try upon request. We had the chicken nachos, they were amazing. I had 3 ribs with slaw and fries, the smoke was perfect on the ribs. It is just off Broadway, difficult to get out at times.

Terrible service. The waitress didn't even know the menu when asked about multiple items. Gave hot sauce instead of ketchup to my little niece who has a soy allergy. Was not happy with the nachos, and she did not want to remove them from the bill. Failed to check on us multiples times. When asked about removing the nachos from the ticket, she refused with a bad attitude. Not even an apology was given. The least you can do is apologize if your going to be a shitty waitress. And you should probably have some more customer service experience if you're going to work in a restaurant as a waitress. Poor excuse for a BBQ restaurant.
