“Placed an order through the KFT app at 7pm for delivery. the App contracts UberEats to do the actual delivery part. I get a call from the UberEats driver saying the store is closed they can’t get in and I need to talk to the store to get a refund. I called the store and they answered saying that they didn’t make the order because they were closed at 7:30 (I called 7:35) I informed the guy I put the order in at 7. He then proceeded to say “well we had no indication you were coming.” I then again told him I placed the order for delivery, the guy from the store then said “we don’t offer delivery.” (I have been ordering delivery off the KFT app for 3 years now, I have given this place a lot of business, I know how this works.) I Love Chau and she does a great job, this was hugely disappointing service from her staff.“

“It's sad to admit that not all Scooters are the same. I've ordered from many others that couldn't get the order right. However, this one is one of the best. Great coffee!!!! Great service!!! BTW, I didn't order food, which is why I didn't rate it.“
