MANAGER DOMINIC, if you are not build for customer service then get a different job, no need to SCREAM/YELL at us from the window because your fryers “are out” at 7:50pm at night when you close at 10:00pm and a line of cars are in the drive thru. We order 3 pieces of CHICKEN BREAST AND I SAW YOU FROM MY CAR PUTTING A WING, I checked and there it is the wing, I mentioned to the other guy at the window and you said that you only heard “3 pieces of white chicken” when that was not the order, came to the window to yell at us again saying that you put in on the side box and when you realize that you did not then said good night and closed the window. I hope this message gets to other managers and they give a better training or put you in a position where you dont provide customer service, so the fryers were out and you didn’t have more breast or you didn’t want to admit that the order was incorrect?

Customers getting ripped off with their orders either way, whether you order online or drive through or walk in.., you get off work, stop KFC grab some food, by the time go you home is to late and is to late, you tired, to drive back to them to exchange.
