I came to the drive through with my pregnant wife pretty late and even though it took some extra time for our order, they took amazing care of us. They sincerely care about your experience which is refreshing! I thought covid killed customer service and quality but I'm happy to say that isn't the case there. Would highly recommend, especially for those with late night pregnancy cravings. Shout out to the KFC crew that's keeping it a bean! we love yall.

Every time I have made an online order, I arrive at the restaurant and there is always something that they don’t have (extra crispy, tenders, sides). It is more than an hour before closing, and for some reason, this location must stop prepping food earlier than that, and once they run out, they won’t make more. And because I order online, I need to call customer service to request a refund. And it is set up to where you are transferred several times for your refund. It’s honestly ridiculous.

Ordered an 8 piece nugget meal. Got to the car to find they had torn up a tender into 5 pieces and put it in a box. Went back in and asked what happened, they said they do that sometimes when they run out of nuggets. I told them they should probably say that not just do it and hope people dont notice and the amount of food was not equivalent. New nuggets were cooked. Sad the discrepancy in what they were trying to pass off as nuggets vs the actual amount of food we should have gotten.

I don't know who was taking orders at the window today, 6/7/24 around 6pm but seriously, I understand we all have bad days but yelling at me for literally no reason whatsoever is unacceptable. Get a therapist, don't take it out on a random dude trying to get some chicken.

Ordered dinner for my wife and I tonight. We got a 4 piece tender combo, 10 piece nuggets combo and two additional 10 nuggets(Nashville hot, Honey Sriracha and Georgia Gold). Two of the tenders were inedible, they had a weird texture and were chewy, didn't seem fresh. The other 2 tenders were not like this which was strange. We also didn't get the Georgia Gold sauce on one of the 10 nuggets unfortunately. We also thought we ordered large drinks, when I asked the teller if we had ordered large drinks she said that we had ordered mediums and didn't offer to give the larges to us for the mix up, as someone who's worked in the food industry for a long time, that's a miss on good customer service in my opinion. I don't think we'll be back to this KFC just on the food quality alone. Bummer.
