If I could give the customer service negative stars I would have. I won't be going back to this location. I think there was 2 staff in the kitchen at Noon on a weekend 🤔

Horrible service... Did an online order had my husband pick it up just for them to tell him they have no orders under my name. He gave them the order number and the girl up front says that does nothing for her because she can't see any orders placed. Was very short and rude. Few workers in the back were giggling and laughing and no one seemed to want to help out. He left the store while walking out he hears them laughing. They took money out of my account but no food. Called the store 3 times and no one answered and it wasn't even closing time. Had to call customer service for a refund after they do their incident report. Absolutely ridiculous!

1st the $20 wings didn't work on the website
2, my wings and wedges were old and hard.
3, I have spent the last 3 half hrs trying to call and no one answered the phone.
I guest when you have 2 locations you can do what you want.
And not other fried chicken place in town.

Waited for about 10 minutes, two people made eye contact with me and then ran around the corner. Waited for a good while, was never greated or anything. We just left after a while
We just went through the drive through window. We asked for 50/50 original and crispy on a meal deal. She stated another customer had just ordered 1 of one types of chicken, and wasn't willing to accommodate us. We let that go then for the drink we asked if we could sub out pop instead of lemonade or tea and she told us we aren't allowed to do that.
Two weeks prior we ordered the same meal and asked them to sub it out with pop, and it was no issue at all. We canceled our order and went and got food from another establishment.
When you go to McDonald's and ask for no ketchup or you want to add a topping it is never an issue. Do better next time and lose the attitude.

I went to KFC to order some food. As I walked in an overwhelming stench of sewage hit my nose. It made me nauseous. Nevertheless I like KFC( I mean who doesn't) and stood in line to order. Unfortunately the smell was so foul I had to leave. May have ruined KFC for life. Plenty of places to get good chicken

If I could give zero stars I would. There was nobody in the drive thru and yet we sat at the mic for atleast 10minutes and nothing. The person waiting for their food at the window had gotten their food and left with us still waiting. The service at this location is absolute crap.

Good food good service. Much different than Mankato location where I walk in and about 10 people were sitting with a drink waiting for food. I could tell its been awhile but I waited at least 10 minutes before I even saw someone even come out to look at the front counter. She said it would be another 8 minutes on biscuits and went somewhere and never even took my order. I walked out. Rochester was all good and on top of things. Very nice and courteous.

Repeatedly, no answer at intercom in drive thru and at window though store hours show open. I'm done trying to go here before events with family.

Used online ordering, it gave me my time to pick up, arrived at the store to a sign on the door that they were closed. Lights were on, open sign illuminated, vehicle in the parking lot, and a person inside that didn’t even have the courtesy to come to the door or answer the phone. Left the restaurant empty handed even though I paid for $61 worth of food. What a disappointment. Had to call the KFC 1-800 number just to get my money refunded.
