It is now November 2025 and I am going back to see how this place is doing. A long time customer who has never had a bad experience there until right before Christmas 2024. After eating there I headed home only my glasses that I left in my coat were gone. They were not in the car so I went back to the buffet to see someone found them there. I asked the man behind the counter (who I have never seen there) about it. He agressively replied "No glasses". I asked if could check around the booth where my coat had been laying. At this he appeared to become angry and barked out "NO GLASSES!". I chose not to engage with this person. Now I see other customers have written about him. I never found my glasses and that cost me $500 for replacement. All the other employees there had always nice and professional. I want to see if he is still there.
Best buffet in town.

The food was fine for the lunch price. The booths are very uncomfortable to sit on. I was very concerned about the turtles they keep on display. There was no dry land for them, there were coins in the water, no UV lights or heat lamps, and it didn't seem like a healthy environment. It was sad to see.

The food was good and the waitresses are nice. The problem is the employee who runs the sushi/hibachi station. He is very rude and acts like he hates his job. Makes rude comments and swears at you under his breath when you bring up food to be cooked or take sushi to eat. He needs to be fired for acting like that constantly.

Recommended dishes: Crab Legs, Japanese Chicken, Mongolian Beef
Got seated right away. The buffets were amazing, everything you would want. Even sushi bar if you like that. Salad bar, dessert bar. Seafood, chicken dishes, noodles and rice, all soups, crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, etc. would go back.

My first time eating there was two weeks ago. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic! I have since taking my family there for lunch. And they loved the food as well and once again service was beyond amazing. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

This was the worst place I have eaten at in Rochester. I had a friend from out of town who loves Asian food down two Sundays ago and I brought him here to eat. The food was bland and thoroughly cold. It cost 42.00 for the two of us and we ended up leaving and eating elsewhere. So disappointing.

Went to this place after not being there for 5 years the place has a shaded history and lives up to it we went in and got our first plate off the buffet I looked at my wife and I said I think egg rolls are cold sent back potstickers for the same reason after trying a few bites of assorted food I finally told the waitress that all of our food was cold stood up and took my wife with me as I walked out I not only will not pay but I will not go back this place needs to shut down serving cold fish cold seafood cold egg rolls cold food.
First is that the space is very dark/poorly lit. The ribs were barely warm and stuck to the bone due to undercooked. Sweet and sour chicken was barely warm and so greasy that I soaked 4 napkins with just 3 little pieces of chicken. I commented to the woman about the cold ribs. She grabbed the bone I just ate off with her bare hand and walked away. Would not be high priced for a buffet but this is the worst one I have ever been to.

Not impressed, especially for the price. Sunday buffet prices were $17 & change, just for the food. (A drink was extra). The food was mediocre at best. Honestly, I think I could have purchased a tastier meal at Panda Express for half the price; and I don't care for Panda Express. If they want to charge what they do, they need to up their quality game.
But this really burned my britches: I was NOT thrilled with the ownership using child labor -- a girl about 9 or 10 or so -- to clear plates / bus tables. I don't know if the little girl is family, but I don't care. Her being used to clear plates, while cute and all, is wrong on so many levels in a public restaurant, and I presume, goes against US child labor laws.
Find a better alternative. One has to exist in Rochester or nearby.

We love Kingdom Buffet and go there regularly. There are so many reasons -- delicious mushrooms, green beans, chicken on a stick, sweet and very fresh fruits. There Mongolian grill is also a wonderful option. We highly recommend.

Food good as usual however man we had never seen there before who introduced himself as new manager was less than professional as a manager. Upon entering we were not greeted with a welcome but with how many and what do you want to drink. Drinks have always been taken at the table by very courteous servers. So I thought this was unusual After eating I went to pay and produced the card to get stamped 3 times for the 3 meals we had, that has been the norm in the many years we have been eating here. The so called manager only stamped 1 time so I questioned him to which he stated he is the manager this is how it is going to be when I questioned him again he he stated one stamp for each visit regardless of how many in the group. Food is the main reason we return but getting 1 free buffet after eating 9 is also an incentive to return for my wife and I
