Love this place. Highly recommend for slush lovers to try - Taro Slush, 0% sugar (still tasty and sweet enough for us), add grape popping boba.
Cashier made wrong drink and instead of making a new one she dumped the old one and put the new one it in the same cup that still had some of the other drink. It looked disgusting and tasted just as awful! Requested to just cancel the order and get a refund but they refused. Threw drink in trash. Wasted $7.60
Other times I went it was fine. I’ve been a regular weekly customer for some time now. I’m not sure how I feel about returning after this experience. It’s always surprising when a business is willing to lose a regular customer over something they could’ve easily resolved especially when there’s no shortage of competition nearby. Fortunately Rochester has other tea places so I think I will try them out.
Most of my tapioca pearls were undercooked. And almost took out a tooth with one. The drink was ok
Customer service is excellent, employees are knowledgeable, drinks are the best
Always love getting boba here, staff is so lovely and kind, and the drinks are great. It is also nice and clean!
Delicious 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋
First time at a KFT in a long while, during a Mayo trip for my mom. The sesame matcha milk w nata jelly slaps, love the grainy texture w the mellow matcha. Cozy interior.
Placed an order through the KFT app at 7pm for delivery. the App contracts UberEats to do the actual delivery part. I get a call from the UberEats driver saying the store is closed they can’t get in and I need to talk to the store to get a refund. I called the store and they answered saying that they didn’t make the order because they were closed at 7:30 (I called 7:35) I informed the guy I put the order in at 7. He then proceeded to say “well we had no indication you were coming.” I then again told him I placed the order for delivery, the guy from the store then said “we don’t offer delivery.” (I have been ordering delivery off the KFT app for 3 years now, I have given this place a lot of business, I know how this works.) I Love Chau and she does a great job, this was hugely disappointing service from her staff.

I had ordered this place on Door Dash my children like Boba Tea. Unfortunately my children missed it so we had to stop by. The drinks and strawberry flavored Boba was great! We will be back!

I was looking for a boba pick me up after a doctors appointment and saw this place on google maps. I recognized the name from a Safia Nayard video and thought it looked good!
Safe to say I was correct. The boba is perfectly soft the drinks weren’t overly sweet and they were really adorable . I got the tai milk tea with tapioca and pudding and it is perfect. My dad got their strawberry lemon green tea that he absolutely loved. And I got their mango green tea with mango jelly’s for the road. 10/10 would go back.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a separate door on the side of the building maybe 20ft if that away from the main entrance for wheelchair users ?.

I wouldn't call myself a Boba fanatic but Kung Fu Tea is one of my favorite guilty pleasures in Rochester. Many options for every palette and a huge assortment of customizations.
Parking: The parking lot to the side is small, cramped and shared with Pho Chau. I recommend street parking for less headaches.
