Favorite ice cream shop in Rochester hands-down. Something for everyone. Line moves fast, plenty of indoor seating. Limited outdoor spots. 5/5
Limited accessibility-Countertop is very high, not easy to see options if 5ft or under. Narrow door, but easy to navigate the store.
The couches were cute when they opened but they should replace with something easier to keep clean.
Vegetarian options: They have a number of sorbets that I was told is vegan friendly, but since made at the main store in the cities can’t promise 100%. I’m inclined to believe them but a label would be nice.

We went this past Saturday. I can't complain about the food or the service... BUT I do complain about how filthy the place was. They had like 8 people working and not one person could clean? Full garbage, garbage on the floor, filthy tables and the sofa cushions are super stained. We went this past Saturday & I cannot complain about their snacks & ice creams nor the customer service. But I will complain about the cleanliness of this location. They had like 8 people working & not one person could clean??? Trash cans full, trash on floors, tables dirty & the cushions on the little sofa were super stained. ?

this is place is terrible they don't have the prices listed nor do they list the ingredients or tell you what the items actually are. Would NOT reccomend for newcomers trying to support small businesses, asked for a chip item on the menu and got a completely different one! Not to mention when they give you "pork" it's really pork rind which we were not told. Overpriced as well! the cheapest icecream they have is 5$ and they don't explain anything on the menu nor do they double check their tickets/orders. 1/10 (being generous).

The owner her name is Maria she is like a sweet mommy ready to welcome you this is literally not just about amazing ice cream with international flavors is about experience the love and warmth of Latin culture at is best. Incredible food and lovely people can’t ask for more!!!!! This is a must visit in Rochester!!!
