Every time I visit rochester it will be mandatory to stop here. There’s so much to choose from and it’s all so good! All the people working there were so nice and super patient while I tried to make up my mind. Wish I could give more stars.

Something for everyone. Line moves fast, plenty of indoor seating. Limited outdoor spots. 5/5
Limited accessibility-Countertop is very high, not easy to see options if 5ft or under. Narrow door, but easy to navigate the store.
The couches were cute when they opened but they should replace with something easier to keep clean.

We went this past Saturday. I can't complain about the food or the service... BUT I do complain about how filthy the place was. They had like 8 people working and not one person could clean? Full garbage, garbage on the floor, filthy tables and the sofa cushions are super stained.
