Little Caesars Reviews
I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings online for delivery. The outsource with DoorDash. When my pizza was delivered, there were no wings. I asked the dasher about my wings and garlic dipping sauce. He said that the workers at little Caesar’s didn’t mention wings and just handed him the pizza. I went to call them to see if they could deliver the wings. No answer. I called again, this time they answered then hung up. I called again, then the person said “No” and hung up. I rechecked...read full review
They won't answer their phone, open the door, or allow online orders if it's an hour, or even more before close
Ordered online to satisfy a craving. Online ordering system automatically placed my order for tomorrow. But my family and I are hungry now. No big deal, I'll call the store and straighten it out. Phone number goes straight to voicemail but there's no voicemail box set up. Ok, I'll call the customer service number, they should be able to help me. On hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Little Caesars Pizza offers a mixed experience. While some customers appreciate the fast and friendly team, others have faced long wait times, especially on Friday nights. The food, including the Fancirioni pizza, is generally good, but some menu items like the crazy puffs may not appeal to everyone. Customer service can be excellent, but consistency is lacking. Recent reviews mention quick pick-up through the app, but also highlight issues such as the drive-thru not functioning properly and long waits if a different item is requested. Some customers have expressed concerns about changes in recipes, noting that Crazy bread no longer has garlic butter flavor spread and tastes overdone. There are also rumors about food safety issues, but these have not been confirmed. Additionally, customers should be aware that tips left online go to the owner, so cash tips are recommended for the staff in the kitchen. Overall, Little Caesars remains a convenient option with some variability in service and food quality.
