This place is awful! They will touch your money, the register, their phones and then start to make your order. They don’t wash their hands before making the pizzas or use gloves. It’s so unsanitary and disgusting. I will never order from this place again.

They looked at me for 5 mins before asking what I wanted. I asked for a ready-made pepperoni pizza, and he took my money. Without saying a word, he went to the back and kept working. I took this as I was meant to wait, so I did. Then, a man came in and asked for the same thing I ordered. The employee right in my view, gave the new customer the order I had asked for. When he finally brought my pizza, he said, "Here u go and pretty much tossed it to me." They will never get my business again. Not that customer satisfaction is a main concern for them anyway. Cub has better frozen pizza cheaper, and it's right across the street.

I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings online for delivery. The outsource with DoorDash. When my pizza was delivered, there were no wings. I asked the dasher about my wings and garlic dipping sauce. He said that the workers at little Caesar’s didn’t mention wings and just handed him the pizza. I went to call them to see if they could deliver the wings. No answer. I called again, this time they answered then hung up. I called again, then the person said “No” and hung up. I rechecked the number and called again. This time he said, “we’re not taking phone orders” and hung up. This is unacceptable. I wasn’t calling to make an order. I needed my current one corrected. Very unprofessional. I had ended up calling 12 times to hopefully get this fixed and this was repeated every call. I drove down to them, and told the lady who was working that my order for delivery was missing wings. She brought me the wings, no apology. I told her I had called several times but got hung on over and over. Her response was, “well we’re busy” I then asked for a delivery fee refund since I had to drive to pick up my missing items. She told me no because it wasn’t their fault it was the drivers fault. I told her I talked to the driver and there weren’t wings with the order to even be delivered. She was incredibly rude, unapologetic and the workers were throwing bags of bread on the counter. The entire environment was in disarray. Where has customer service gone?

We ordered dinner through the app last night. When picking up our order, it was quick. When we got home and started to eat, my husband and kids ate the thin crust pepperoni and I was eating the crazy puffs. All was about normal until I went to eat the crazy bread. I used to love the crazy bread. The bread that we received did have a little bit of parmesan on it. It almost tasted as if the bread was over done. But then I realized that there was no garlic butter flavor spread over it like usual. So I checked the bag, and the rest were the same. I checked the second bag and it was the same as the first bag. I was so disappointed. I have heard rumors that things have changed since ownership has changed hands but I didn't think anything of it. Being that how could you change the recipes from the organizations. Well I was very wrong. I hope it goes back to normal.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Little Caesars that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order and was told it would take only 5 minutes. I decided to wait in my car, but after 45 minutes of nothing, I noticed the guy at the drive-thru bringing pizzas out to other cars. That’s when I decided to walk in and check on my order. It turned out that my pizza had been ready for who knows how long, and of course, it was cold and hard by the time I got it.
To make matters worse, the guy didn’t even apologize or say a single word when he handed me the pizza. He was on the phone, talking with his headphones on, completely ignoring the fact that I had been waiting so long. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. If you value your time and want a decent meal, I suggest going elsewhere. Little Caesars, you need to seriously work on your customer service and quality control.
