I was actually mad about the food here. It's so far from authentic Mexican food and it was so expensive! The fajitas had mushrooms and zucchini in it. Most of the dishes had white cheese sauce and bacon.
The house margarita was so watered down and tasted like a cheap margarita mix and it had a fruit candy flavored rim.
The waitress kept trying to take plates away while we were still eating too. Just very off.

People go there for their birthdays. They use a crank that is very loud to make noise. I don't mind the singing in the hollering at all. But they got to get rid of that crank!

I was really looking forward to trying Los Arcos (North), but unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. While the food itself seemed promising, I found a hair in my dish, which is, of course, an unpleasant situation in any restaurant. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, what truly made this a bad experience was how the staff handled it.
Instead of acknowledging the issue and addressing it professionally, both the waitress and the manager took a defensive stance. Rather than offering an apology or a solution, they insinuated that I had placed the hair there myself—an accusation that was not only insulting but also completely unnecessary.
Good customer service is about how a business handles mistakes, and unfortunately, Los Arcos (North)failed in that regard. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their approach, because no one wants to feel blamed for something that was clearly not their fault. Until then, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to others.

I was in town for some meetings and was looking for some enchiladas and this place popped up on the old Google search. Not too bad at all. Certainly not something that I will crave a return to or drive a distance to get to, but if it's near where I'm staying the next time I'm in town would totally go back. The staff was super inviting and attentive. The food came out quick and piping hot. But parking is a little wonky and getting is a little bit of a journey. Nothing too out of the ordinary but sometimes ordinary can be just what you needed.

The main dishes did not come with rice and beans, only with rice which was very salty. Additionally, the Parmesan sauce was also very salty. Not planning on returning.
Parking: The parking lot seemed more crowded than the number of people actually in the restaurant.

Order was wrong on arrival. Requested no onions. Meal came with onions. The response from our server: the cook forgot and put onions in. Is it ok otherwise it will take over 20 minutes to remake. No apology or offer to make it right. Horrible service. Highly do not recommend. I’ll never be back after this experience!

One of my fave restaurants in town!
Dietary restrictions: Their enchiladas are made with corn tortillas for those of us that have to avoid wheat ☺️ Tres Marias is my favorite!

Been almost a yr since we moved to Rochester, originally from Texas. As a latina, Gotta say this is a really good mexican restaurant ?. We ordered the table guacamole, I got the carne asada, it could have had a little more flavor but the meat was good quality & very soft. My son had the asada enchiladas & he ate all 3 plus made a taco with the meat. Hubby had the pastor . Everything thing was delicious!! & the atmosphere was really nice. We highly recommend this placw & will definitely be back!!
