Ordered online and when I got there they didn't have my order. He said if I want to reorder I can but I have to pay it here. I said that's fine but what about this order I ordered online. How am I gonna get a refund back?? Now I'm gonna have to call my bank n get a refund. Don't bother ordering online. Best to go there n ordered. For them to have a online order . It sucks.. won't be going there at all. My first n last

I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Rochester. I live in town and I've eaten at almost all of them. It might be a little more expensive but it is fresh ingredients and it was very flavorful. You also get alot of food. I had their chicken enchiladas. I havent found an enchilada I liked since Carlos O'Kelly closed. Just add the Queso sauce to it, and it is comparable to Carlos O Kelly's. The salsas were fresh and flavorful. I could see it might be a problem if they get busy and dont have a lot of staff for service. But I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. It is so beautifully decorated that you feel like you are on vacation in Mexico.

Food is very good, but it tends to be on the slow side.

Great food. Great service. If they were a little closer to Mary Breigh, that'd make a killing and be super busy.

We enjoy every visit to Los Jarritos, for it's authentic Mexican cuisine. The portions are large, so we have to split a meal or take the rest home. The staff is friendly and proficient, the area is always very clean, and the service is leisurely but prompt.

This is the most authentic and highest quality Mexican food I've had in a very long time. I ate here twice in one week while visiting Rochester (once for lunch and once for dinner). Both times my food and my friends' food was really good. It is true that the service was a bit slow and that there is cheaper Mexican food elsewhere in Rochester (I tried other places too), but they're nice people and Los Jarritos has the best authentic Mexican food around. Also, it has several Mexican beers and a couple American beers on tap. I definitely recommend it.

This restaurant is very large and mostly empty every time I go there. The food is fine, but it has one dude waiting tables, and he is helpless and doesn’t seem to care much. You walk in and no one greets you, so you have no idea whether the one guy (who seems to be in the back every time I’ve gone in there) even knows you are there or not.Eventually, he will come out- in maybe ten minutes? Who knows. When he does, you will not be offered water. If you ask for water, you will get Niagara Falls in a red plastic bucket. You will receive a knife and fork rolled up in a single paper napkin. Need more napkins (you will)? You will scour the place without luck. Ask for more napkins. You will get precisely one more per person. All this terrific restaurant goodness at prices you will be shocked to read.No thanks.

We loved this place! Had the verde enchiladas and beans, guac and chips. All good! Could have been a little hotter but we were pleased with food and service. Cute place!!

We came here for dinner around 6:15pm on a Saturday evening. We didn't have to wait for a table because we had the entire restaurant to ourselves.Service was prompt and the chips and salsa they brought out was warm and delicious. I had the nachos, my 10 yr old the flautas, my 14 yr old the tlacoyos and my wife had a taco salad. The food came out fairly quickly and was pretty tasty. The only negatives were the very loud and monotonous music, the fact that we never got checked on, we had run out of water halfway through our meal and it never got refilled and the prices are relatively high compared to other Mexican places in Rochester.Price came to $91 with tip for 4 entrees and no drinks (just water).

First place I go to where they charge for chips and salsa... The shiesty part of this is that they immediately bring the chips/salsa to ur table but don't tell you that u you will be charged. He even brought a second batch without me even asking!!!! After I get the bill n question the charges he stated that they charge for any salsas and don't provide drink refills, as well. The food wasn't very good, it's overly priced and the service was meh. I'm so disappointed with this place.
