Beautiful Restaurant with wonderful ambience and very talented chefs and great service. We tried Turkish and Parisian dishes and everyone kept commenting on how delicious it was. I had a nice Cream Ale from Bauhaus Brew Labs in Minneapolis, which was nice to try local beers while we're here from Arizona. If I lived here or Minneapolis I would come back to try the other varieties of dishes.
Waited for service for over 10 minutes. Never acknowledged. We just left. Terrible.
Turkish touch in Nice atmosphere, modern style. Friendly staff. Loved it
Very nice waitress/ hostess. Food was average, pricey for what we had. Sausage and eggs and Carmel crepes for just under $35.00.
Fantastic food and service! Loved sitting outdoors tonight. Fantastic restaurant!
Food was good, but pricey for what it was. Service was not good at all. Waiter didn't seem interested in his job and forgot about us multiple times despite him having less than 4 tables. Had to ask for water refills and waited 15min after eating before he remembered to bring the check. He did not check on us during eating either.

Authentic Turkish food! We had Adana Kebab and lamb chops which were very delicious. Girit meze and hummus were very yummy too. Rice pudding was icing on the cake. 100% recommend Lumi as a Turk

From the moment I stepped into Lumi Mediterranean Bar and Restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with elegant decor that perfectly complements the Mediterranean theme.
The menu offers a fantastic selection of dishes, and I was particularly impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I started with the hummus and freshly baked pita, which was rich and flavorful. For the main course, I opted for the grilled lamb chops, cooked to perfection and bursting with Mediterranean spices. Each bite was a delight!
The service was impeccable; our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They made excellent recommendations, and we never felt rushed during our meal.
To top it all off, I couldn't resist trying their signature dessert—the baklava. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience.
Overall, Lumi Mediterranean Bar and Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional meal in a beautiful setting. I can't wait to come back.

Really amazing food. price is comparable to more upscale restaurants. But I also feel you get what you pay for. Flavorful, good portion sizes, the lamb in any dish is amazing. The Cheesecake is one of the best here in Rochester. Will be back!

One of the best lamb chops I've had, and the first hummus I've enjoyed and couldn't get enough of. Recommend highly, I'll definitely be back!

Definitely a welcomed addition to the Rochester scene. Kafte & Lumi kebab were both really good. The puffy bread with your choice of appetizer dips/hummus are a good choice as well!
Good cocktails with decent bar and wine options also.
We had good attentive service while eating at the bar, like the 'Lake Street Dive' song, "Seats at the bar"... that's the vibe we prefer.
The menu stated a happy hour, but we did not try that yet.......but will try it soon.

Took my wife here to celebrate the birth of our first born. It’s been at least 3 years since we have been on a date. Kids be making us busy n stuff. We named him Lemon after HER grandpa. Always hated the name but I had no choice. Anyway our meal was okay. I had thought it was pricey for Rochester. The food was pricey but I have always been a Nupa guy but wanted to change it up for a special time. Probably won’t go back but I would reconsider ifLemon wants to when he is older. I’d show him a good time. I love him so much.
