I ordered a double quarter-pounder, and was charged as such. When I got home, the bag had chicken nuggets instead of my much more expensive sandwich. I was only one of 2 cars that was there around 3 pm on January 3rd. If McDonald's is going to keep hiking prices, they could at least add a double-check protocol to their lines. This is basically the last straw though, prices are too high, service is too poor, and the food is too mediocre to justify charging the same as a sit-down restauraunt for half the food and none of the service.

WHAT THE HECK !! Ive ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich a million times and it was edible. This chicken sandwich i got today was so spicy i had to put my face in the snow. Not lying. What the heck did you guys do to it ? Soak it in habenero sauce ???? Jeez! Thank you for my 10$ bite of a sandwich.

Coffee ☕ was decent, cold ❄ and hot but, the burgers are ? dry, made with no kind of care it seems and attitude of the energy ⚡ around you is kind of depressing ?... I miss the way this place use to be when I use to go here 2x - 3x per week with my family. Hopefully it will get better soon ♥!
Vegetarian options: Fries ? are available, ice-cream, ☕ coffees, hash browns. Croissants ?, cheese ? and eggs options etc.. Maybe fruit cups.
Parking: There is a large to medium size ? attached parking ? lot available for guests.

I been coming here for 6 years my favorite one in Rochester but when I say don’t put some on my food that’s what I mean I ask for no cheese and when I called I was told to take it off my myself a female told me at 10:07 piss me off
