We come here for the playland. However our last visit almost ended before it began due to a potty accident on the play slide. Staff was unable to clean it due to protocol, maintenance personal are the only ones who can do that ... So I did it for them! Lol the kids wanted to play!!

The chicken sandwich is dry and the fries was small. I got similar amount between a large fries and my small fries!!
This person with a skinny build and a mask would not give me a water cup. Even though I already bought food he wanted me to pay $2 for a stupid water cup. I honestly would not recommend coming there terrible service the whole staff should get fired.

Unless you want a mini big Mac and literal baby fries stick to the real McDonald's branches this one could learn from st.clouds branchs :/ smh this McDonald's is literally awful in every aspect, the big Mac is super small and the fries literally look like they are on a budget and charging full price for em. Worst McDonalds I've ever seen, def need to get their stuff together. Have went here as the kid and this place had gone downhill bad bad bad 😞 I ask others to go to McDonald's in different cities so u can see the size difference literally might as well call it mc jrs cause of everything standard size being shrunk and over priced don't believe me go buy a big Mac and see the disappointment come in that box

horrible service today on 6/20/25 , i pulled up to the window to get my food and the person that was wearing a mask was very rude just throwing my stuff at me and rolling there eyes. i dont know if they were having a bad day but definitely not the way to treat customers. this all happened at 5:15 pm.
