The torta manager that works there is not polite. They took forever to get me my food and the restaurant. They don't offer help. Worst service.

Been here three times, 2 out of those 3 times the fries have been stale and not good at all, I ended up just throwing the whole thing away. That’s how bad they were. The people at the drive thru are very nice though

Tried to ask person at the front if one of the menu items had egg in it as my daughter has an egg allergy. The item is not listed online on the allergen menu, so I went to ask. The person was unable to look it up. When I asked if they could check with a manager, they said they were too busy.

Order a shake and watched it sit on the counter for 10 minutes just melting away and another 5 minutes b4 they gave it to me
Came through on my lunch break quick. Order 2 McChickens. Get back to work so i can eat to find that apparently someone forgot that CHICKEN goes on a McChicken!! I open the sandwich thinking "this isnt right". We have bun, mayo, lettuce...even the cheese i asked to be added....but no chicken! I was happy with the quick service at first but now i understand why i got my food so quickly as it wasnt even finished being made!
