When arriving at the restaurant the womens bathroom was completely out of soap, after notifying the manager no one came to refill it after a little while of waiting so we had to resort to just rinsing with water and using handsanitizer. About 10 to 15 minutes after we had finished eating and left we had discovered we had lost a piece of valuable jewelry. After several several minutes of trying to call the restaurant on our way back there someone (that sounded a lot like the manager I had talked to about the soap earlier) finally answered. After being informed it had not been turned in I requested if someone could go to look at the table we sat at and gave the exact table number and was informed that they were too busy and they would send someone to look when they could and to call back later. When we arrived about 5 minutes later we thankfully found it still at the table. There were only a couple of customers in the restaurant and only a couple of cars in the drivethru when we pulled up (it was also like that when we first left too). When talking to the manager about this incident she proceeded to lie to us that they didnt see it there and that they didnt know what table.

Order the hot fudge sundae, apparently they were at a hot fudge so he was filling it up, started squeezing cold fudge on my ice cream. They tried to give that to me. I asked for a hot fudge someday they wouldn't give me my money back or anything so. My last time being there. The management is ridiculous

It is very convenient for fast food. The morning staff during the week are long-time employees and they are consistent.
Service is pretty good, clean and managed quite well. The food is as good as McDonalds gets most times. Though I do get cold fries a lot.
