Well I went into get my free apple pie with the Monopoly game but it wouldn't highlight so I can get it and the employee didn't know what to do so I end up getting a free apple pie but she said this is strange but thank you to her for helping me out with the Monopoly game not giving me the free item that I won

I was very disappointed in my visit to this McDonald’s and will spend the extra minutes to drive to different one. I ordered a Large Caramel Frappe because on the app and on the kiosk in McDonald’s said the Large came with a Monopoly sticker. It didn’t and I asked the younger lady upfront why it didn’t have one and she said it was only for the large drinks like tea and such. I then proceeded to tell her the app and their kiosk are wrong and I only got it because of the sticker. Then from the back I hear a younger man say if she wants the sticker so damn bad just give her the damn cup. I felt they just had very bad attitudes and were very rude to me for no reason. Good customer service has gone down and it’s honestly really sad. Too bad there isn’t a 0 star because they really deserve a 0.

I've been buying breakfast from this place for sometime now. Something is always missing on my breakfast orders. Either hashbrown or extra syrup which I pay extra for syrup. I will be checking my orders from now on.

We stopped at the McDonald's at 5500 Bandel Road NW, Rochester, MN. We stopped for coffee and a breakfast snack and we were very impressed by this McDonald's. The counter staff was excellent very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was well kept and clean, along with the bathrooms. They must have really good leadership and management. A+ RATING from me.

It's a typical mcdonalds. Near enough the highway too so easy to jump off and right back on. I used the app to pay ahead and just picked up. Worked great.

One of the best customer relationships and services you feel like you are at a special restaurant. All stuffs are so polite and they are doing their best. Especially the manager Cecilia is the best. Also the table and the restrooms are so clean too, traveled many countries around the world been many Mc Donals’ you guys are the best

Food temperature is always great but this place has forgotten my sauces 100% of the time.
Customer service was bad. It took 10min to get my meal after asking the workers about my meal status. People came after me had received their orders. It seems their process was inefficient because of new employees on training or something else.

Bathroom smells horrible and a WORKER came out of the bathroom went straight to looking at her phone and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS!!! absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t even trust eating here.

I went to the 55th street in Rochester mn McDonald’s and ordered a spicy sandwich and when i went up to order it i had to change it to a deluxe for my friend well the workers instead of changing the spicy chicken sandwich to a deluxe (not spicy) they proceeded to just take out the sandwich from the bag and put it in a deluxe box mind you I had to change the order cause my friend has chromes disease and I didn’t know that the spicy sandwich was to much for them so when I got my sandwich I had luckily got the sandwich with the sauce instead of my friend but it literally was on chance of her going to the er cause of a lazy worker
