A wonderful and beautiful cafe, and what's even better is the staff's smiles, the wide variety of choices, and the great selection of coffees they offer. I highly recommend visiting it.

Conveniently located in downtown. It has a really nice decor. So influencecy. Personally, not a huge fan of the coffee we had, which were latte and Vietnamese coffee, in fact both were average....still had a good time enjoying the vibe however.

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. When I ordered, I said chocolate macarons, but the staff kept typing lemon macarons. I kept correcting her and even my husband corrected her, she said yes but never listened. When we got our order, they gave us lemon macarons. We told them we ordered chocolate macarons not lemon ones but other staff said when we paid it means we confirmed, so they won’t change them. She was very rude. I kept telling her she is the one who kept typing lemon even though we kept correcting her and eventually she gave us chocolate ones. No apologies or willing to help. Still, we just wanted to have good time there and ended up we had worst experience we’ve ever had at a cafe. We will never go back there. Wouldn’t recommended. Like other reviews said they are over priced and bad service.

Read the lower reviews — they’re not lying. This place is terrible. The food is disgusting, the drinks are overpriced and taste awful, and to top it off, the lady gets an attitude if you leave an honest review. If you’re visiting Mayo Clinic, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. You’ll just waste money and risk getting sick. They don’t even make their own baked goods — they buy them from Hy-Vee and other grocery stores. Save your time, money, and stomach, and go somewhere else.

One, single piece of carrot cake is $9. If it was phenomenal, I’d be ok with it, but it wasn’t that good. The piece was an average to small slice as well.
I’ve wanted to like this place as I’m all for small business. This was my 3rd time in and each time I’ve been underwhelmed and overcharged for what you get.

The drinks at this place were disappointing. I ordered a London Fog, which was overly milky, making it difficult to taste the cinnamon. I paid $6 for the drink, but it tasted like spoiled milk. Although the atmosphere was attractive, the drinks did not meet my expectations.
