So not particularly a food truck guy because of access nothing else but here it was in the parking lot. I got the fajita bowl and she got gorditas. To say it was good doesn’t begin to tell the story. Service was amazing and the food itself was exquisite and unlike any fajita bowl I’ve had previous. The constellation of flavors was delightful and my first bite startled me with surprise. Not only do we send our highest recommendation with tonight’s dinner but we will be back tomorrow. Excellent work gentlemen! See you soon.

I usually am picky about price and taste. This place is both fair on price and taste is amazing. My wife is very picky about her food. I would say she's very very picky hahaha and she loves this place.You guys keep up the good work. I review places fairly. I've been to many places around the world and this place is among one of my favorites.

The hotel we were staying at this taco truck outside and we decided to try it. It was fabulous! My significant other said the tacos he tried were even better than any taco he has tried, including Chicago tacos. For anyone that knows anything about Chicago food, that is saying a lot. The food was very fresh as well.

Gets a 5 star from me! Can’t say it’s the best truck in town, I still have a few yet to try, but it’s been the best so far! Polite and accommodating to requests. Had a large order and all was 100% correct and labeled. Flavor was spot on and delicious!Dietary restrictions: Not necessarily a diet restriction, but they are very polite and accommodating to menu adjustments.Parking: Located in a hotel lot, there is plenty of surrounding area to park.

Wow! What a great experience! We ordered the tacos and the huarache, and everything was delicious, with well-balanced flavors, and perfect texture (salsas and lime added to the meal rather than running off onto the plate). Service was friendly, with helpful recommendations, and they made sure we had all the utensils we needed to take our meals back to the hotel and enjoy. So glad we chose this restaurant!

We arrived around 11:30 pm and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was 24 hours which was nice after a 12 hour drive. The breakfast was delicious with western egg omelets, smoked sausage, Yukon gold potatoes and so much more.
