Average food quality. Terrible service when you order delivery from them. They always miss a part of your order. It seems that they are unable to offer several items on their menu and yet they have them listed on their menus in delivery apps. Very tiny portions for the price.
I visited this Middle Eastern restaurant in Rochester with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The moment I walked in, I noticed an unpleasant smell that made the atmosphere feel unclean. The dining area could use serious attention—floors were sticky, tables weren’t wiped down, and overall sanitation appeared to be neglected.
I ordered a shawarma plate and hummus. While the portion size was generous and prices were affordable, the quality of the food was lacking. The meat was excessively greasy, the salad seemed stale, and the pita was cold and chewy—not what I’d expect from a place that claims to serve fresh Mediterranean cuisine.
Staff were polite, and the location is convenient, but the cleanliness and food standards need significant improvement. With better hygiene and more attention to food preparation, this place could have potential. Until then, I’d be hesitant to return or recommend it to others.

From the way the organization and the beautiful tools look like the restaurant is a restaurant.
I visited the restaurant 3 times at different periods of the month.
According to what is mentioned on the site on Google, it is open and closes at 11:30 pm. Unfortunately, when I arrive at the restaurant, it is closed due to maintenance. Accordingly, it was evaluated ⭐️
Honestly, from the pictures, their food looks breathtaking and delicious.
Accordingly, I will have a fourth, fifth, and sixth visit to them until the end of February
If the restaurant opens, try it and the rating will be adjusted.
I do not see that I have wronged the restaurant because it is not acceptable for a customer to arrive from a distance and be surprised that the place is closed.
Work timing must be adjusted and a maintenance closure must be added.
And His Eminence.

It was a wonderful day to enjoy a nice meal outside so we opted to sit on on their little patio. The owner was very kind and generous greeted us and was happy to take our orders. We ordered hummus and the chicken Shawarma platter. The food came up really quick, and we really enjoyed the hummus. Then we had the chicken Shawarma, and that was very flavorful and made fresh for sure. Overall, I felt that the food was stellar and very flavorful, and all of it was definitely made fresh. The interior does look a little sketchy, however, the service the food and atmosphere overall was wonderful. I would definitely, recommend this restaurant if you’re ever feeling like you need a Shawarma. The owner was very kind as well because he offered us some Arabic coffee, which was aromatic, light, and a nice palate cleanser. I highly recommend a try or even ordering take out!

Excellent food, large portions and great service. The interior of the restaurant was unique, much like a Berber tent. If you like Middle Eastern food, this is the place for you!
