I really don't see the hype of this place myself. The donut flavor is nothing spectacular and the prices are very high for the amount of food you receive as well. I don't think I'll be back here but if your in the area it is something different to try than your typical donut.

Really don’t like writing bad reviews but think it’s important to explain our experience. My nephew CHOKED on the original half and half hot dog. Luckily my sister was quick to give him Heimlich maneuver and saved him after his face was changing colors.
Was a very scary experience and to make matters worse - None of the workers came to ask if everything was okay afterwards or even offer water for him! Just don’t understand not saying anything after something like that. Just went on with their day and they were not with customers or anything. I hope they have had/will have a meeting on how to act in this situation moving forward. First and last time going there unfortunately. Just be careful, my nephew is 5 so not super young that he can’t chew. Please avoid the cheese if you have children.

Great Atmosphere and Quick Service! However, when I received my order, the donuts were iced cold; I was hoping because I came into the shop that it would be made fresh. Now I understand for efficiency that you'd want to make extra and store in the bakery case and in doing it this way it took away from the flavor. My donuts were really chewing and just overall poor. Trust me when I say all good things come to those who wait, and we will wait!! Stop storing mochi donuts in bakery case and make fresh to order!

My tween daughter LOVED the coffee boba tea, and said it was the best boba she had ever had. But the mochi donuts were disgusting, and every flavor (we tried six different ones) tasted exactly the same, and all, sadly, were gross. Sticky texture, yucky flavor, and we've had much, much better (at OMG Squee in Austin, TX).

I really liked the food I bought and will come back more often. The only thing I think needs improvement is the service; besides delivering the food well-packaged and always well-prepared, there's a lack of a bit more courtesy and friendliness when interacting with customers. Apart from that, the food was tasty and the atmosphere pleasant!
Parking: I've never had difficulty finding a parking spot, and there's no need to pay for parking.

The donuts are a bit better than average, but the service was very slow. Also the donuts are terribly expensive for what they are. Not a good value considering the quality and service. The parking is a real mess as well.
Parking: Too many businesses sharing one parking area; very busy and poor drivers with a bad parking layout.
