This is the worst Moka in Rochester. The coffee is always watered down and never made well. I’ve been to other Moka locations in Rochester, and the coffee is consistently better there. Coming to this one always feels like a waste of money, so I’d rather drive 15 minutes farther for a better cup.

Such friendly staff! My mom, 10-month-old daughter, and I were spending the weekend in Rochester on a little girls trip, and we wanted coffee. We read great reviews on MOKA and saw this the night before. Upon going through the drive thru (baby was asleep so this was ideal!), Erik was so warm and welcoming! I asked for suggestions and shared it was our first time here. He went above and beyond to make sure we got delicious coffee (and cookies - thank you!!) and some tips for what to see in town. The salted caramel iced coffee was incredible and like none other. I wish I was in Rochester more often to visit MOKA! Til next time - but stop here next time you are looking for a coffee!
Arrived at MOKA on Broadway on Saturday evening, at 5:26PM. The Hours posted on the service window stated they were open until 6pm. The lady inside unlocked the window to tell me they were closed. I pointed out the hours of operation on the window, and she stated those were incorrect. So, I left.
