I have eaten here since I was a child and I'm 60 years old. I also worked there for 8 years when I was much younger and I can testify that they use real ingredients. That's why this is still my go to pizza place. They shred their cheese off the block, so it's fresh and delicious. They also make their sauce from scratch with a secret family recipe handed down for generations. The lunch server woman is incredible as well.

We got off the highway looking for a bite to eat and happened upon The Original Mr. Pizza South. It is a well established business with excellent food. We had a double mushroom and cheeze pizza (our go-to pizza) and it was awesome. The topping were fresh, the crust was crispy on the bottom and chewy on the top. Just the way pizza is supposed to be. The service was excellent and the pizza was ready very fast. If you are in the area I recommend getting off the highway to dine here. Enjoy!

Great service!

The best pizza in Rochester and possibly the best pizza you'll ever have. All the food here is great. The owner is local and has been in the family for multiple generations and they truly care about their customers. Prices are great, you definitely won't be disappointed!

Pizzas were ok but weren't the same quality as we were expecting based on previous visits over the last 25 years. We had a Mr Pizza special, a Sharon's, and a pepperoni and pineapple. All seemed rather bland.

Wheelchair accessibility: General accessibility is fine but the stall in the men's restroom is not wheelchair accessible.

im from out of state here for mayo clinic visits etc and i ordered this pizza and good lord this pizza tastes exceptional this pizza rivals a pizza place back home that i really like to go to keep it up
