I just arrived like 20 mins ago at this restaurant and the front people greeted us and said to sit down anywhere. Which we did and as soon two other family came right behind us and a waiter went up to them and didn’t even look at us. I’ve brought my family here before but I never expected to be ignored for 20 mins with no waiter approaching. Horrible service we had to walk out after I approached a server to help us and the waiter end up going to another customer after I just explained we haven’t been waited on. When we walked out Trent one of the servers came out to my car and gave us two worth $10 champion dinner and a yellow one with a free 7 inch 2 topping pizza. I really do appreciate being noticed by Trent and coming out to the parking lot. Thanks, I will return to use these cards. But not today.

I went to get food at Mr pizza north with my son. As I walked in one of their employees all the way from the kitchen goes. Hell no We don’t serve you. My son was scare and did not know what to say. We walked out for a few minutes to process what just happened. We decided to go back and get our pizza. Again when I walked in they thought it was still funny. I asked to talk the manager and one of the hosts did not take matter serious. So the manager comes back and still thinks it was a joke. It was a poor customer service. The employee was disrespectful and rude in my opinion. I was not happy the way I was treated at Mr pizza. Thank god there were no more customers otherwise that would been embarrassing for the restaurant and the owners.

We just had a pizza from Mr Pizza North- I’m so disappointed. The crust was like eating rubber, totally underdone. Even the ingredients lacked taste- did you change your sauce. It will be awhile before I return.

Favorite pizza! The aloha bruh with thin crust is delicious ?.
My wife got two pizzas to take out for $45 a couple days ago. I was surprised at how much the cost of take out has risen! Honestly, maybe the kitchen was having a bad night but at best they were mediocre. I think I prefer frozen pizza baked in my own oven, for taste, cost, and convenience.

Great pizza! Careful on the website..I clicked on which sauce I wanted...and that actually erased their preset entry,..deleting all sauce.! But withing minutes the store called and asked me if that was correct..which it wasnt..and just asked me which sauce I wanted...all with great customer service and polite and friendly on the phone. Pizza was delivered quick and tasted awesome. I got their thin crust...cause I'm eating healthy this week ha. I'm gonna try that double crust or whatever it's called next time I'm in town! Order it!
