We were in Mr. Pizza North, Rochester MN on a busy Friday evening, Dec. 5, 2025. Our server was Mathew, he came to our table right away and introduced himself. He had a smile and very pleasant demeanor. He checked with us during our meal and was attentive to details of needing more soda, etc. Very cordial young man! Thank you, Mathew! All the workers (happened to all be young men this evening) in the restaurant were prime in their appearance and wore nametags. They were attentive to the needs of the dining area as a whole, immediately cleaning tables, filling containers with napkins, silverware, straightening chairs, etc. We witnessed one young man, twice, when cleaning tables, running outside to the cars of individuals who left something behind. The PIZZA WAS EXCELLENT! VERY IMPRESSIVE DINING EXPERIENCE!

Service and atmosphere were great, really the best in Rochester, honestly. Food was really lack luster though. Way too much cheese was on our pizza, the dough was not remotely like a New York style dough, way more fluffy, and it was not crisp on the bottom. The sauce tasted like a can of crushed tomatoes with some oregano added. Overall, I think needs a complete rework, I won’t be back.

First time going there and jus blown away from pulling in the parkin lot if your some one like me who loves art the wall painted outside was amazing to see and just gave me a good vibe once I step inside just amaze with the inside like the wall great freaking place to go to and the pizza I was not expecting to pack so much flavor great place love can’t wait to go back

I just arrived like 20 mins ago at this restaurant and the front people greeted us and said to sit down anywhere. Which we did and as soon two other family came right behind us and a waiter went up to them and didn’t even look at us. I’ve brought my family here before but I never expected to be ignored for 20 mins with no waiter approaching. Horrible service we had to walk out after I approached a server to help us and the waiter end up going to another customer after I just explained we haven’t been waited on. When we walked out Trent one of the servers came out to my car and gave us two worth $10 champion dinner and a yellow one with a free 7 inch 2 topping pizza. I really do appreciate being noticed by Trent and coming out to the parking lot. Thanks, I will return to use these cards. But not today.

I went to get food at Mr pizza north with my son. As I walked in one of their employees all the way from the kitchen goes. Hell no We don’t serve you. My son was scare and did not know what to say. We walked out for a few minutes to process what just happened. We decided to go back and get our pizza. Again when I walked in they thought it was still funny. I asked to talk the manager and one of the hosts did not take matter serious. So the manager comes back and still thinks it was a joke. It was a poor customer service. The employee was disrespectful and rude in my opinion. I was not happy the way I was treated at Mr pizza. Thank god there were no more customers otherwise that would been embarrassing for the restaurant and the owners.
