Okay food, the fries are where it's at...my gripe is they're never open! The sign says open until 2, but I see them close at 1:20-30 a lot. I work at the galleria and want a burger and fries for lunch but it's so impossible with hours like this. They seem to only want to serve the nurses and close the doors when they leave.

Quick, tasty burgers. I got the Marvin with fries. Food came out quick. Thick cut fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, served in a cup. Burger was hot off the grill and came wrapped in red and white wax paper. Bacon was extra crispy. Bun was fried on the grill. I'd give the burger an 8.3 out of 10.

We ordered for doordash delivery. we got shorted coleslaw. one entire order of fish, no fries, no onion rings. paid 150.00. received ZERO compensation for missing items. They said they forgot the items missing. Never ordering from them again. That is a terrible way to run business. ZERO MONEY RETURNED. APPALLED AT THIS.

My husband is a burger maniac he couldn't even choke it down. He said it was the worst burger he's ever eaten. My fish n chips came out burnt to a crisp, I sent it back. Came back still burnt. Old oil yuck! We won't be returning.

Most burgers were 6-8 dollars +4 dollars more for fries and drink.

I like the other Newts so when I was at Mayo I stopped in for a burger. It was over cooked and dry. They crunched the bun when they wrapped it up. I would never eat there again!

Our plans for a late dinner and beers fell apart. One of our group called and asked if Newt's (South) could accommodate a group of our size that late on a Tuesday. We arrived to a waiting table with waters & popcorn. Our server, Layne, was quick taking our drink and food orders. The food was amazing, hot, and fast. Thank you for saving our "afters" tonight. We will be back!

The Express part is no joke. So long as you're ordering a burger, they are insanely fast. I heard my burger hit the counter before I managed to get the straw through the lid of my drink, and that's no exaggeration. And despite being so fast, every bite was delicious.

The chicken strips are amazing!! When I bit into one of the chicken strips I was surprised by how delicious they were. Not greasy, super tender, great beer batter! I also think the staff at this location are incredible. They work so hard and so efficiently! Their teamwork is truly impressive! thank you!

I had never eaten at Newts before. I ordered the California Burger tomato lettuce and cheese. That's exactly what it was, minus the California. It was a hamburger with tomato lettuce and cheese.

It’s a simplified menu, compared to the other Newt’s locations. No alcohol or free popcorn, but the atmosphere is cozy and service is prompt at the counter where you get your meal. Located in the skyway is also a plus.
