Unfortunately, I think the staff are doing the best they can. They need more help. Noodles and Company should be doing more to get workers so the place is efficient and clean. Corporate/Management problem, not staff.
The 3 staff members were constantly working to take orders, make food, deliver food, and clean tables. They were doing their best it's just that they didn't have enough time or staff to keep up while also collecting the dirty dishes and restocking supplies.
Again, not the staff's fault, Noodles and Company needs to fix this.

I haven't been to a Noodles & Company for a long time! I ordered the Cajun shrimp Alfredo and it was very good! Spicy like I like it!

I went to dinner with my family. It was my first time visiting this place, and I was curious. But it didn't meet my expectations. After ordering, we chose our table and saw that there was dirt under the tables because we had found food on the floor underneath them. My wife and daughters each ordered a Mediterranean salad. When it was brought to our table, my wife and daughters realized that their salad was missing chicken and feta cheese. We went to ask to staff. They gave us chicken, but they said the feta cheese was gone. It was poor service because they forgot to include chicken in all three Mediterranean salads and no explained to us that the feta cheese was gone when we placed our order; my family would have chosen something else from the menu, something that had all the ingredients available. My family has no desire to return ever again. Also, the price is not so cheap as not to include all the ingredients.

They took over 20 minutes and i still haven’t received my food, they said it was a 17 minute wait. Unbelievable service. It is terrible. There are 4 staff members and they somehow haven’t caught up.

Last time I was here, we only got 1/2 of what we ordered and after calling, the refund never showed up. Back 4 months later August 5th, 2025. Managers standing in the back while customers have been waiting for a 1/2 hour. Never go here!

I was somewhat disappointed with this visit. The menu had changed since last time. I tried the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo. The only part that I didn't like was the chicken. On the menu, it is described as parmesan-crusted chicken. It was too salty for my taste and the parmesan crust on the chicken made the texture of the outside seem a little overcooked. I had to take out the chicken and just eat the noodles. Otherwise, the noodles and sauce were wonderful! We have had many good meals in the past. So, I will chalk this up to a fluke.

Waited at the front counter for 10 mins before leaving. They weren’t busy. Cooks were staring at me, the lady at the front didn’t want to help me. Won’t be back.
Was the only one in the store, waited over 10 minutes, while they made orders for people that weren't even there. Food was cold had didn't taste that great. Couldn't find beef stroganoff on the menu. Won't be returning!

Great Food! Although they took away the build your own pasta, which sucks. Thankfully, they still allowed me to get what I always do. This is necessary because of my allergies. I appreciate them.
