Was the only one in the store, waited over 10 minutes, while they made orders for people that weren't even there. Food was cold had didn't taste that great. Couldn't find beef stroganoff on the menu. Won't be returning!

Great Food! Although they took away the build your own pasta, which sucks. Thankfully, they still allowed me to get what I always do. This is necessary because of my allergies. I appreciate them.

This place was filthy! I went up to talk to the manager and actually did the splits! The grease was so thick on the floor on the customer side! I was horrified that I almost bit it at my senior age. I mentioned it to her and she agreed. I was like " No, can you SEE it" she still agreed but did nothing. Bad news.

I ordered the Japanese Udon dish. The Udon was overcooked, the chicken cubes tiny, and the tabletops very worn/chipped.

Not happy. After sitting down at my table waiting for my food to be delivered, I was looking at my receipt and it says I was charged $3 for a fountain drink when I ordered water. I asked my server and the order taker why he charged me for a fountain drink. I was told by this employee that is what they have to pay for each cup so they are changing the customer for them when you order water. Then I was asked if I wanted a bigger cup so I could get more water. This is what happens when businesses take advantage of the customer. Last $3 spent from me.

Completely new experience. I'm glad I went back. The place was clean, the food was fresh and piping hot, and the staff were super friendly and professional. This was a radical change from my previous visit. The new management is fantastic!
