I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi and it was inedible. The description says it has a smoky Chipotle shake seasoning. Mine arrived completely covered in what tasted like a mixture of chili and curry powders. I dont know if the lid came off the shaker when they were putting it on or if they actually thought it was supposed to completely cover the bowl, but it was disgusting.

Ordered my food in advance and got mush tortellini. Spend $34. Won't be going here again.

The beef noodles were spicy I even tried the sauce prior but I didn't notice the spiciness of it with a little sample. Just be careful people with UC. I know I can't handle the least of spiciness. However great service and atmosphere.

My husband and I recently visited Noodles & Company and were pretty disappointed. I ordered the basil pesto cavatappi with chicken. The chicken was included, but the entire dish was way too salty. My husband got the chipotle chicken cavatappi and paid an extra four dollars to add chicken, but there was none in his bowl. He mixed everything thoroughly thinking it might be at the bottom, but it was completely missing.

The soda we picked tasted like cough syrup, but to be fair, that was our fault for not trying it before filling our cups. Honestly, the only thing we enjoyed was the garlic cheesy bread.

Overall, it was a letdown. We expected better quality and attention to detail for the price.

Not the freshest of preparations, especially when you pick up and bring home.

Good food as usual. Food was made quickly but we paid $3 each for foubtain drinks and they tasted awful😂😂 I got sprite. No idea whats wrong with it, almost tasted watered down??? Same with the coke. Maybe its just the machine here but what a rip off. I was hoping to switch to lemonade but it was unavailable

Decent place to grab a quick bite to eat! Very overpriced, but it's decent.

The food seems to be a hit or miss some days. It seems like they cook it just right as others. The recipe seems to be different and lacking in flavor or undercooked. Tonight we came out to eat, and was greeted by an employee named Matt. he acknowledged us the minute we walked in the door, asked how he could help us very attentive, very professional was kind and helpful. During our meal we observed as the same gentlemen kept busy whether it was cleaning windows , wiping down tables…stocking etc.. the concerning part of the whole visit was the fact that two other employees stood in the same exact spot directly behind the cash register talking obnoxiously loud ignoring anything that was going
Such as new guest walking in the door, people standing at the cash register waiting to be taken care of. Matt stopped what he was doing to come over and make sure they were taken care of while this entire process is going on the two employees still talking out of all the noises you could hear going on it was these two employees doing absolutely nothing. it’s annoying and unfortunate to watch those who lack common knowledge and respect or take any part of their job serious however, those very rare occasions where you see the younger generation take on responsibility improve to be a hard-working, dedicated or passionate employee. kudos to this worker named Matt. We appreciate your hard work and to the company maybe a sit down with the two other employees who think it’s more important to have their own personal life talk broadcasted… This may be a job, not a fit for them. One last thing for managers the fact that your employees think it’s OK to be throwing F bombs in a restaurant setting while there’s also children nonchalantly is pretty disgusting.
