When we're traveling for the day, we will try and find some place different for a meal. The experience did not disappoint. Great tasting traditional Irish fare with a nice atmosphere. Wait staff was nice and friendly and food arrived in a timely manner. Portions are good so don't be in a rush. We left full and satisfied. I would recommend. Even with the parking. Perhaps look at options you have available before going since it's right downtown.
Probably great if you can park. Made a detour to go, and it was a Saturday so fairly quiet in the business area but still couldn't find anywhere to park. Maybe next time :(

Visited on 2/23/2025 for dinner, had Guinness fish and chips. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. My wife had Shepard's pie and she raved about it. Ashley G was our server that day and was excellent. Was so good we went back for lunch 2/26/2025. I had the Celtic Meat loaf, and my wife had Shepard's pie again. Chris W. was our server and was also excellent. For the atmosphere and service wad above pare and prices were very reasonable. I would whole hardily recommend you eat here if you visit Rochester, MN

Sometimes the hosts can be unfriendly and stand offish. However the atmosphere is fun (kinda like a Cheers vibe) and the Scotch Eggs are awesome!

Been here several times overall very good. Scottish eggs are great. Reuben is very good. Shepard's pie was a bit disappointing and lacks flavor ground hamburger base was bland. Creamed cabbage is also really good.

Lunch at the bar seemed bit understaffed as I had to wait a while to get served. Good fish tacos and balsamic salad. One of the bar tenders or servers was complaining about something and laid out the F bomb. It's pretty unprofessional, actually. Kinda ruined the vibe. Irish music is cool and huge selection of scotch, bourbons, and whiskeys.

Average food, nothing really special, they have a few cool items but the quality is very average. The interior is very cool and decorated well. If you get any coupons in the app there is a 99% chance they will find a reason why you can’t use them because of some technicality, this has happened to us a few times. Service is very lack luster, our last time the server took our order and never saw him again until it was time to leave.

Definitely not a Sports bar. They will not allow the volume to be on for game and very slow service.
Close to one of the worst services ever received. Waiter only talked to us when he took our order and the check. Left us waiting for 30 minutes before even acknowledging that we were done with our food and came over. Food was very good otherwise.

Great pub and restaurant. Good selection of alcoholic beverages and some cool custom drinks. Varied menu with all good options. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal and drinks. Some authentic Celtic options. Nice atmosphere. Clean. Nice and friendly staff. Convenient location by Mayo and convention center. Will dine there again. I enjoyed wonderful Shepards pie!
