Olive Garden has completely gone down hill. The dishes are hardly fresh, mostly pre-made and reheated, especially if you order take-out. The food has gone from tasty to very bland. They got rid of their best menu options (e.g. their cheese stuffed shells were discontinued because they were “too difficult to make consistently and took too much time” -> this is literally what we were told). This used to be my favorite restaurant growing up, but now it’s just very average...
I have been coming to Olive Garden once a week for the past 8 months, for the simple fact that I get Juan as a server. He has perfect table side manner, and he brings you the next round of soup before you even ask for it. He is very kind and always has a smile on his face. If you are not going to count calories that day, enjoy the delicious Italian food. We ordered shrimp fritto in appetizer which is our favorite, chicken Alfredo with chicken fritto not the grilled chicken(we asked to divide into two portions for two of us) and tiramisu for dessert. We liked the chicken fritto in Alfredo it was so crispy and delicious. Of course their breadsticks and salads are awesome.
