My husband and I dined at Our Paladar for our anniversary. When we arrived, we were treated like royalty, seated at the star table, gifted a glass of bubbles, congratulated on our anniversary. We were even greeted by the owner/chef. Food - delicious. Service - attentive but not suffocating. Ambiance - friendly, elegant, and comfortable. I loved it.

The evening was too nice to sit inside. Our service was perfect and the food excellent. The recommended wine was one we were not familiar with but a good match for our dinner. The strawberry waffle dessert was delicious. All in all a great evening.

The food was fantastic! I had the Barada, which was phenomenal, calamari, which was delicious and wild boar Papperdelle which was amazing! My only complaint was my waitress did her best to steer me away from the calamari saying that it's too spicy for most people at which I responded, then why are you all making it so spicy and she asked if the chef could make it a little less spicy since the only ingredient that was spicy was the chili oil. I waitress asked the chef who said they would not make it less spicy, and I still ordered it. It was delicious. I would say it was drenched in chili oil, which was a little unfortunate because it made the calamari a little less crispy so I soaked it in some napkins and it was delicious.

Great food and great service! There was live entertainment the night (Thursday) we went. Had a great time catching up with old friends we had not seen in a year.

I'd heard that friends had the best drink of their lives here and I'm only in town for a few days so I talked some people into going to happy hour with me on Saturday and dinner on Sunday (had to try all the menus I could). It's fantastic. The drinks are delicious and the food is like modern comfort meets upscale. I would highly recommend coming here, especially for the happy hour.

I love this restaurant. The Brussels sprouts salad always satisfies. The short rib risotto is sumptuous, and the steak frites was a hit, too. Great cocktails.

Flavorful evening with Our Paladar - from the wine list (which included less know, interesting wines versus the same old) to the interesting dishes, we left feeling extremely satisfied. Super Brussels Sprouts salad, my palate LOVED the Caesar salad, Sable fish (black cod) dish was wow, braised short rib risotto satiatingly delicious. They carry G.D.Vajra’s Claré J.C. Langhe Nebbiolo🍷too. One of the best restos in Rochester that any foodie cannot miss!

Wonderful experience celebrating my partner's birthday with her and her friends. Staff brought the table a cava toast to kickstart our time which was a very welcome accommodation. Happy hour Aperol spritzes were a delight, and it should be noted across the board the happy hour beverages/food items come at a great price without sacrificing any quality or creativity. The table ordered a myriad of sides and starter plates. My partner and I ordered the Jerk wings and the burrata which were both fantastic choices. Some of the best jerk wings I have had, they were perfectly seasoned and crispy. So much flavor and just the perfect balance of spice and smoke. That said I would order them again for the housemate buttermilk ranch alone! The burrata was also fantastic, the cilantro mint pesto truly ties together the prosciutto and delicate honey drizzle. Other table highlights were the arancini, croquetas, and the yuca fries. For entrees, my partner ordered the pappardelle, and I ordered the braised rabbit risotto. The pappardelle has been my partner's favorite version of a pappardelle dish ever since she has tried it, and this visit may have been the very best the dish has turned out. Wonderfully generous serving of wild boar ragu across the three orders that landed at our table. Well balanced sauces and oils, as well as the parmigiano perfectly incorporated across the dish. The braised rabbit risotto was equally as delightful with a great balance of English peas, morel mushrooms, and balsamic glaze drizzled around the perimeter of the dish. This was a incredibly creamy, delicate, soft, and intricate dish that politely demands attention yet does not pull you away from the great atmosphere of the dining room. Very cosy atmosphere, beautiful plants, and a rustic and grassy feeling decorum that nearly transports me to the restaurant's namesake Paladars of Cuba. The amazing food, wonderful and attentive staff, and atmosphere make Paladar perfect for any occasion.

A friend told me about his experience at Our Paladar and thought that I would love it. I’m so glad I took him up on that recommendation. I wasn’t able to make it here for a dinner service, so we came for brunch. We made reservations to make sure that we could get a table And the weather was fairly chilly so we sat indoors, but their patio was pretty adorable. I’m pretty certain the building is an old train depot located right next to the tracks and it has plenty of character. It has Cuban vibes to the space and downstairs there is even a cocktail lounge that I would love to try next time! I would say it was an upscale dining experience, but wasn’t pretentious. The food was great, but not overly expensive. The staff was pretty great and I definitely was torn on what to order. I can’t wait to come back for a dinner service. If you’re in Rochester, Minnesota, check it out!

Love Our Paladar. Two wishes, add more interesting white wines to the list and also more fish mains. The danger is to keep the same things on the menu, the win to keep a few favs and go for more interesting new items on the menu!

What a wonderful space. Cozy and modern at the same time. We had 4 small plates and then shared the wild boar pappardelle. Everything thing was spot on, sauces all paired perfectly. Staff was just as good as the food. Not to be missed.

We’ve always loved this location for its great patio, and were excited to try Paladar after hearing some good things — it did not disappoint!

We were recommended the gnudi, and it was a highlight — perfect portions and a beautifully cooked steak. The dumplings had nice flavor, though the wrapper was a bit thick for our taste. We also tried an appetizer with focaccia and olives — fun, bold flavors, though the bread itself was a bit tough.

The fresh lemonade was delicious and refreshing, and we really enjoyed the bar top and overall ambiance — it’s got a warm, welcoming vibe.

We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

This was just our second time here and both were consistently excellent with top quality food preparations and attentive service. The ambiance in a repurposed train station is unique and special. We have enjoyed a few wonderful restaurants on our visits to Rochester and overall very surprised and happy to find great options. Our Paladar is worthy of being on your radar.
