My husband and I decided to go here for Valentine's day. We expected the restaurant to be busy, no doubt. What we didn't expect was to be essentially ignored by our server (Violet I think her name was ) and when asked about cross contamination with shellfish not only did she take nearly 20 minutes to bring back the answer, but she nearly never shared it we had to ask again.

Besides the point there. My overall irritation is we were checked up on 3 times, once upon arrival, once to grab our order and one for boxes (another issue I will cover). We sat without drinks for a good half of our meal, and when we got our drinks my husband expressed to me he didn't want to actually drink anything for fear of our waitress never even noticing. Which he was right. It wasnt until the end of our meal where she noticed and provided us our refills and gave us boxes.

Mind you I had a soup, and was provided a box to take it home... I was so irritated and frustrated that I just gave up. We left. Im amazed my husband tipped this server.
It appeared it was not just us who happened to experience this issue but I can't be sure as I am not the other patrons. What I will say, if you think the restaurant will be busy. Dont go. Its not worth eating a basically raw meal for a price that just isn't worth it for beyond subpar service. Go somewhere else.

Loved the meal on a Monday night. Salad, potato and wine was excellent. My steak was a bit too rare and I asked to send it back. The chef and waitress were very accommodating and kind. The restaurant was clean and modern. I didn't enjoy sitting next to work/server area but other than that, it was all very good!

I went here Saturday and ordered my rib eye well done, when it arrived to the table, it was bloody and tasted freezer burnt, when it was sent back out the fat was raw around the edge of the steak, and the spinach artichoke dipper was watery, this establishment had a sour smell to it, the tables and floors were sticky and the food my sister received was overly salted, this place is vile, wouldn’t recommend

We were not happy with our last visit to Outback. I was extremely cold in the restaurant every one was dining with their coats on. One of us ordered a steak with broccoli the broccoli was cold. And the steak was to salty to eat. I ordered a burger with blooming onions on it the onions were to salty to eat. My salad looked like it had been frozen. OUR SERVICE WAS GOOD. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD 😢

Ive been to this Outback twice. The service is amazing... I have never had a bad server. However, both times I have ordered steak and both were undercooked! I order medium rare and both times they were severely rare.. almost uncooked. Very disappointing. The cooks maybe need to be re-trained.. or hire better cooks. Updating my review because evidently Outback didnt read my feedback... as u can see in their response

For the price, I think this is the best cost for quality out there in my opinion. I got a porterhouse steak, 22 ounce for 36$ and it was terrific.
Additionally, the Funion was fun. A little overcooked but that's okay because the steak and sides made up for it. Terrific mac n cheese. The coleslaw, potatoes and green salad were nice.
