Sad how different locations can impact the brand as a whole…I’ve been to a handful of locations and every one of them has been clean and delicious. This location how ever was gross and dirty it wasn’t busy so that wasn’t an issue, employees chose to sit and eat their meals instead of cleaning the areas that needed attention. Yes everyone deserves a break but shouldn’t your jobs be done first? Guy behind the counter seemed like he could care less. Bathroom needed a deep clean, pop station was out of lids and could also use a deep clean. Tables and floor were sticky and food caked on even the out door seating was yucky. The meat in my dad’s tacos was cold. The chicken in my quesadilla was few and far between thought it was just a cheese quesadilla till I looked. For three people to eat and get drinks it was $30 You clean your own tables, bring your own meal to the table and fill / re fill your drink and they still ask for a tip? Here’s a tip please keep your restaurant clean and ensure what you serve is quality. Hope this location can make some changes to live up to what other locations have achieved! Would have loved to ask for a refund but the guy behind the counter had disappeared.

Boring food comes from a boring atmosphere. This was My first trip but I feel the service was a little rude. Coke was either really flat or Diet in the reg dispenser. Chicken was room temp as was the salsa. I did like the music though. And 12 bucks plus tip for good size burrito and soda is not too bad.

This was my first time visiting, but it won’t be our last. Food was fresh, exactly as ordered and ready quickly. If you’re having a craving for a burrito or taco, this is your place.
We were in a hurry, and I ordered online. It was nice as I could send the menu to all family members and add what they wanted to the order.
The pick up time was in 25 minutes, but I arrived early at 12 minutes and it was ready for us. My only complaint was NO ICE for our drinks. They were )5.90 for two warm sodas. Not at all what we wanted and I should have gotten a refund for this. It was 97’ outside and with spicy food we needed drinks. We went across the street and got the kids shakes instead, but feel we should have declined the drinks that are warm without ice.
Otherwise the experience was good. Ample parking. Plenty of tables if we chose to eat at restaurant, but we took it to go.
Parking: Ample parking in a shared lot with another business. Easy to get in and out of location.

Food was great service was good tables dirty, floor dirty food on the floor no one cleaning of tables. Saw some people come waited to place an order and there were no workers to be found the people walked out. Customer service needs work!!!!

First I wanna start with how dirty the place was. That should have been my first cue to just turn around and leave but I figured I would just try and maybe they just had a lunch rush or something… ordered my kids quesadillas and myself chicken tacos and chips and queso. With a side of rice and beans. The chicken was COLD, lettuce was soggy and wilted… queso consolidated by the time I filled my drink cup up and sat down…. Beans were cold and rice was hard and dry… Was just nasty as hell and I had to get a refund. Y’all need to clean up and be sure you’re serving fresh food from a clean work area! DO BETTER! Also wear some hair nets... All the standing around and conversing you all was doing you would think the store would be up to par smh!

Just ordered a tofu burrito and received a steak burrito. This has happened multiple times to me here actually, not just once. Very upsetting. If you’re out of tofu don’t just put steak in it. I’m vegetarian and it makes me really upset when this happens. Something needs to be done here. I love pancheros but they seem to only get my order right when I go into the store. When it’s out for delivery it’s never what I ordered.
