After a long day of travel to MN, we wanted a quick, low key meal. There was no person at the counter, and 1 kiosk inoperable. Few places to sit down and eat as dishes and food left on many tables. The bus tubs were completely full and stacked up. Lettuce was not fresh or chopped, chili tasted like it was from a can. We frequently visit Panera in our home town. This was truly disappointing.

Gross. Asked for bananas and this is what we got. Who in their right mind would think it’s ok to put bananas like this in someone’s order. Fruit cups were not ripe at all and the yogurt cups were barely filled half way. What a disappointment.

I don’t know what up with this location, but it’s not well managed. Tried it again after a bad experience a few weeks ago, but never going back again. To start, the lights at the exterior and drive through menu board were off so you couldn’t read the sign. It’s been dark for two hours and they don’t close for two more. I asked if they knew that their lights were off, and got attitude and was told they were on a timer. I get that they have probably been told that a lot, but still. Fix it!! Also the food was not fresh and soup was lukewarm.

I don’t understand why they have a drive up. They are so beyond slow. This should not be a thing. It’s mainly soup, isn’t soup already prepared?? They stand around talking and joking around. Corporate needs to investigate this situation.

Bagels are great. However, when slicing them, the slice cuts the top off instead of in middle. Makes it difficult to make sandwich.

Ordered a bread bowl soup yesterday and received an uncut bread with the soup in a separate cup and the side was missing. The bread was not fresh at all. Ordered a salad today and scheduled it for pick up at 11:40 am. Arrived at 11:45 am, and they haven't even started preparing. Told them and they checked the order after I talked to them and told me to wait for 20 minutes. No apologies or anything. They were a bit rude. Used to be a frequent visitor, but not anymore.

Might as well shut this location down, it's been nothing but frustration for the past few months. Between waiting a HALF AN HOUR in the drive thru (once someone's behind you you're trapped), to having no one to take orders at the front counter and having to use the order kiosk and then having only one of THOSE working with a long line to use it, to constantly running out of product, getting orders wrong, employees who appear to take no pride or care in their work... I'm done. It's sad because Panera used to be the old standby reliable place to go for a quick decent meal. Now it's overpriced, disappointing, and frustrating to deal with. Do better, 16th St Panera, you're a mess.
