I kid you not, I had to cancel my order after almost ONE HOUR waiting for my food - and I was not the only one. Staff was clearly overwhelmed and unsure how to deal with the situation. Service has been worsening over the years but this was enough, I’m never returning again.

We visited twice today 3 hrs apart and don’t plan on being back. 20 mins to get a toasted bagel and a plain bagel. Had late lunch and gave them a second chance. No one at front counter. Self ordered. Grabbed our own cups. Wiped down our own table. Microwaved our own two bowls of soup. Gave ourselves a 20% tip.

The person at the check out counter had trouble ordering our food. It took close to ten minutes. It’s been 30 minutes since we have ordered and paid and still no food.

Dirty, poor service and terrible meal. My daughter and I each had a salad and the Mexican Corn Soup. The restaurant was dirty. My daughter’s spoon was dirty. Our salads were some of the worst I have ever had. They were not edible; way too much salad dressing, greens were not fresh, bad tomatoes. The soup was cold, bread was not fresh. We threw the bread and salads away. The meal cost $45.

We went to Panera for the bread bowl. After I paid for the meal, the guy told me the are out of bread bowls. He said he would make it up by giving extra bread. He didn't, and i still paid for the breadbowl. We don't go here often because it's expensive, so this was supposed to be a treat. I'm very disappointed.

Ordered a Toasted Frontega Chicken, it is supposed to be a hot and toasted sandwich. The bread was not made from that day like they advertise, it was cold and dry and just plain rip the skin off the roof of your mouth tough. The sandwich was cold and had no aioli sauce (no sauce or condiments of any kind), it was simply bland, dry, and disappointing. Not sure if they messed up the order or what. Even if they did, I make better sandwiches at home then what they served me. Take pride in your jobs, I regret choicing your restaurant for lunch. I am extremely dissatisfied!

Panera Bread has really tasty food, but the service just isn’t what it used to be. There used to be a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers, but now it feels like they treat guests

My wife and I visit this restaurant often because we live nearby and mostly enjoy their food offerings. However, more recently we are noticing the restaurant could really use a thorough cleaning and more of a lackadaisical attitude from some of the employees. On my visit today, I had to go looking for a clerk to wait on me. When an employee came out to wait on me, I noticed how disorderly it was behind the checkout counter. The employee did not seem to be busy and I so wanted to hand them a broom and dustpan and put them to work.
I realize it is difficult to find good employees, but this situation causes me to have some concerns about consistent quality.

Was ok just the loud uppity ladies bragging like the women of desperate housewives of the rich but not famous. Restaurant should recommend or provide earplugs or earphones.
