Did not get food the cashier/person taking our order over charged us so we changed our order and after a number of times he still couldn't get it right because he wasn't listening to us so we left. Chances of us going back to that location is zero
I recently stopped by Panera because I was craving something fresh and comforting, and as always, the food did not disappoint. I ordered a sandwich and soup combo, and everything was hot, flavorful, and just what I was looking for. The bread was warm and soft, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the portion sizes were satisfying. Panera really does a great job when it comes to quality food, and this visit was no different in that regard.
However, the experience at the register left a lot to be desired. The cashier seemed distracted and not particularly friendly. I get that everyone has off days, but the interaction felt rushed and careless. To top it off, I noticed after checking my receipt that I was overcharged for a cookie I added at the last minute. It was a small mistake, but it’s frustrating to pay more than expected for something so minor, especially when the service wasn’t exactly great to begin with.
I haven't been to one in over 25 years. It was well worth the trip from Stewartville. On the date lunch list
I won't be back here again. The food is good, but staff is subpar. And the tables were dirty and the drink station was gross and lacking a lot of the drink options.
Disappointed! On 5/9/25 I went to the drive through. With a simple order I thought. One cinnamon bagel sliced, one Asiago bagel unsliced. They sliced both and gave me the wrong cream cheese.

Pricey but you get what you pay for. Everything at Panera is high quality and fresh. Love the cherry Danish, the baguette, and the black pepper focaccia. But there is plenty to live here. I try to visit monthly as a form of self-care. I deserve Panera today!

The food is on point. The drive thru is frustrating. Four times now I've ordered a salad where I was not give. A fork. Now if I was going home to eat or a kitchen I would not be bothered. I'm eating in my car. Today I ordered a salad and got a dang spoon! A spoon! Now if these were one of those yummy chopped salad you grab at the grocery store, sure, a spoon is great. For a large leaf salad with chicken I'd much prefer a stabber vs a scooper.

I love panera but we really gotta start going to the other one in Rochester. We’ve gotten food from here a few times, more times than not they forget something, I had an experience with a staff person being really rude to me, and today’s mushy, clumpy mac n cheese was the final straw.

Fantastic service at Panera! The staff was so helpful and quick, especially with my kids. Their patience and understanding made our visit so much easier. Thank you for the great experience! And especial thank to Odalys and Chris who always so helpful and nice to my daughter!!! Thank you all staff.
