Love the food, especially the soups. Don't love the prices so much. Good to be part if their rewards program.

We ordered in from here. I’m not sure why the prices keep sky rocketing in Panera and the proportions are less, but it’s quite disappointing. The broccoli soup was watery, the sandwiches had barely anything in them and the wild rice soup should be renamed white rice soup.

Emma was amazing! Order got a little messed up and she fixed it. She is the reason we would come

I love Panera especially with the sip club. They’ve kind of made it a pain to get charged lemonade now due to all the legal garbage going on but they’re at least always friendly. Biggest issues at this location is it is not very accessible (no door button and door is very heavy), and the drive thru is horribly inefficient. They have spaces to have people wait for large orders but don’t seem to use them.

My favorite "fast food" place. Always good, a little expensive but we don't eat here all the time.

Always good food. Some of the Best bagels in town. Love the You Pick 2 for lunch - soups, salads and sandwiches aren't greasy or fatty but filling.Parking: It's usually busy so the parking lot is nearly full but I can always find a spot in the lotKid-friendliness: They have a short kids menu and a kid-friendly atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: There are some tables that could accommodate a wheelchair. The front area has plenty of space for a wheelchair to go through

Hair in my chicken sandwich, understandable you know but a bit gross. They forgot to call the name for the order so it sat at the counter for a minute, got a tiny but cold. And food was normal, mac and cheese was great, chicken sandwich was mediocre. 3 stars is my solid review.

We stopped in to grab lunch before my son's hockey game and it took them a HOUR to make it which caused us to be late for his game. Ordered our meal on the self serve kiosk only to then learn they never received our order. I think that Panera offers too many options to order food which caused this disorganized mess. We will never be back.

My chicken noodle soup tasted like it came out of a can. My ham sandwich was not very good either. My entire meal was bland with no flavor.

We bought dinner for five this Saturday and it cost us $93. I’ll tell you why this matters. The focaccia bread on my sandwich was hard. When I went back to counter to complain they said that’s just the bread they use. The problem is my husband’s sandwich, with the same bread was soft. They literally just handed me four slices of bread and expected me to take my sandwich apart and rebuild it! I complained again and finally someone caved in and remade the sandwich. No apologies.Additionally, the portions of the large mac and cheese and salad we bought were small. The excuses and I-don’t-care attitude is what made this a pretty suck experience.I paid $93 for smaller than fare portions, to be told my expectations of focaccia bread were wrong, and to be expected to remake my own sandwich.Unbelievable.
