My dispute isn’t with the quality of the pizzas at Papa Murphy’s, but in the operation of their business and in the promos they advertise. Today was another example of a very misleading email promo. In order to obtain the price quoted in their email, you have to place the order online- not calling their store or placing an in-person order. But, there is no way to post the pizza order online and obtain the discounted price! Their website allows for a promo code, but interesting the email ad doesn’t give you a code. Sorry to say- really a bait and switch method of running their promotions. Consumer beware!

Went for the Tuesday special and there was a ton of people in there. Was told the wait would be about 1 hour, and waited less than 10 mins. Very impressed with how all the employees were working together to get orders completed.

I just walked into a location in Pleasant Grove UT to order a pizza. Granted, it was 25 minutes before they closed. They turned me away because I did not place an order online. They said that was their policy to not accept walk-ins for the last hour they are open. If that were the case, they shouldn’t have accepted my daughter’s order on Friday when she did the same thing. Honestly, we rarely come to Papa Murphy’s because the customer service isn’t great. And after today, I will not be returning.

Kuna Idaho service is horrible- managers are not caring of the customers are talk down to customers. Makes us as the customer feel like interrupting their work day. They have no patience for customer facing issues and what the problem is at hand. Was very mouthy and rude over the phone and very in willing to help. Wouldn’t recommend for any thing ever. Getting in touch with some one who actually care about the customer is unknown. Any recommendations on how to get with some one who cares about the customer would be great.
Ordered pizza at 3:51, app said it would be ready in 30min at 4:21. Pizzas weren't ready until after 5pm.

Pretty much the dirtiest papa Murphy's I've been into - they must be having quite a day. Prep boards, floors, counters, all messy and unappealing. They had a boom box blaring (had to repeat my order) and it looked like both employees were struggling to keep up.It wasn't the kind of experience that I've come to expect from Papa Murphy's, but maybe it was just the combination of staff and business volume, although when I was there, I was the only walk-in customer.No one from the team has walked into the front door and looked at the restaurant from the guest perspective - it just looks a mess everywhere you can see. I shudder to imagine what the back of the store must look like if the parts we can see look this way.
