This simple cup of vanilla ice cream will forever be in my heart as a wonderful memory and experience! Coming to Rochester to take our chances at Mayo Clinic was daunting and nerve wrecking. However the people around here (whether in restaurants/ hospitality/ medical) have a way of making you feel comforted and cared for. Pasquale’s pizzeria was an escape from reality and just a breath of fresh air with amazing Italian food, desserts and merchandise galore, a much needed pour of wine, and unexpected conversation with strangers that now seem like best friends. What more could you ask for? I loved being here to eat and enjoy life! It’s a MUST if you come to Rochester! You will not be disappointed :) I honestly can’t wait to come back and try more!

Take out Alla Rafaelle pizza was abnormally cold after a ten minute drive home and I picked it up straight from the oven. Several mouthfuls of super salty pizza sauce like it wasn't fully mixed. Considering it's more expensive than most places it didn't deliver on expectations. The dough was good, but I won't be going back.

Good pizza. However thwy are very very rude to the Doordarsh drivers they use to deliver pizza I saw today a driver tell the that on the dash app they don't have it listed that they require a pizza bag so she didn't have one. And like they were so rude about despite the fact that she was trying to help them.Edit: that's not the drivers fault dude

Our first time here. We came so I could have gluten free pizza! It was delicious. My husband and daughter shared a giant pizza. It looked so good! They also had dessert including gluten free. The customer service is great here at well!Kid-friendliness: Kids under 16 get free ice cream.

Yes, yes, yes. I am crazy about New York style pizza and was so happy to come here. I got the $7.50 weekday winter lunch special that came with: one slice cheese pizza, cup of tomato soup, a garlic know, soda, mini cannoli. Loved every part of the meal. The cannoli was BOMB. The shell was super crispy and the filling had just the right amount of orange zest. I will 100% be coming back before I leave Rochester!

I've never been so disappointed in a place that I visited since I went moved to Rocheste. I've been visiting different establishments and trying to support the community. They had a so called special. It was $5 for two pieces of cheese pizza and a free soda I got to the register and it was $11.51. I told them I had ordered the special and the one gentleman was very condescending and demeaning and said well you don't have construction boots on otherwise I would get the deal. I have never had anybody ever be so condescending the pizza that I had wasn't that good ...to be honest horrible and I think being treated like I was as such made it taste even worse. I love Rochester and I love this community but when I have people out of town that love a Pizza I truly "won't" step foot in this place with them. I will go to some other pizza places that I've had recommended to me. I was told that Pasquale's what's more expensive than alot of other places that people have suggested. I wish I had visited the other places. The worst experience of this was the condescending manner that no one deserves to be spoke to in the manner that the man spoke to me I won't even call him a gentleman as a sarcastic and demeaning as he was. I as newcomer to Rochester will never go to this establishment again.I will not hold back in sharing the disrespectful way I was treated. I saw the ad on TV. It looked like a nice place to visit evidently not and in my experience the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.THE BOTTOM line sell the Pizza but to heck with the customer.
